It doesn't have an app for my 2022 android TV, can't cast from my mobile, PC, Mac to TV either. I can cast youtube and Spotify etc but not PrimeVideo ( I think they we being funny when they named it Prime or was that Video ).

Browsing through a website looking for something to watch. Going through a tv show - hit an episode - up comes prime view button. Episode isn't covered by amazon prime. The end

We can't work out how to cancel the membership. We tried it. Didn't want to continue, so went on line hit the cancel button and it only cancelled for one month and then took the money the next month. Can't find a way to contact Amazon except to keep hitting the cancel button each month. Who wants to do that?!!

Absolute rubbish. Constant "Something went wrong errors" when playing videos through smart TV app. You have to wait 10 minutes when switching between devices or you get an error about maximum videos being played at once. Amazon should have hired some Netflix engineers because clearly theirs don't know what they are doing

Intended to try the 30 day trial, sounds good.. I always thought the internet was shared worldwide, or that was the intention. I don’t know and am not educated on licensing etc etc, but as usual, us in Aus are not getting the same content as the USA, so cancelled after 2nd day and searching for an advertised movie. I could see the picture and details but without glasses not the disclosure that it’s not available in your country.. shame..

This is by no means value for money in Australia. When you look at what is on offer in America it is far better than what we are offered. To me this is an insult . Why can't you offer the same quality to other countries ? Netflix is far superior in what they offer their consumers. I have both prime & netflix & when my friends & work colleagues ask me what I would recommend it is always anything else rather than "c" grade prime movies

What a terrible sign in process. For a company like Amazon its like someone went out of this way to creat the worst app imaginable. Unless you enjoy sitting watching grass grow don’t waste your time. Consumer unfriendly, clunky, slow. I gave up and cancelled my subscription.

Same here. Stupidest, most clumsy, most consumer unfriendly sign in of all services.

I had to do anti robot challange where I had to type exactly what is shown 40 times to sign in. I did it correctly but still couldn't log it. Terrible.

I have fast WiFi(by Australian standards) but for some reason the quality is very poor, and they refuse to change it saying it not their problem, if I set it 1080p, I will be lucky to get 480p while watching, there is a lack of shows to watch, the only reason to have it is to watch "the man in the high castle", but even then, the video quality kills it. Amazon prime video is not made for western people, instead, it is made for Hindi speaking people and Malayalam speaking people of India.

Love watching good sitcoms & movies.

Loved watching shows like two & 1/2 man, Rush, Mr Bean & great movies like all of the Beverly Hills cops. Highly recommended

I did my subscription 3 or 4 months ago. After the second month, I cancelled my prime membership, but I still got charged in my bank account around $20 the last 2 months. Since the first time I called them to check what happened and to have a refund, and they said that I would receive an email of cancellation and my refund back. So far nothing happened and I’m still paying for something that I’m not using. I don’t recommend they service!!! What a pickle!!

Ordered some christmas presents for UK family and managed to sign up unintentionally and then charged 15.59 AUD for the privilege. Amazon make it extremely easy to sign up and very hard to undo, especially as when logged in on the .com.au sight it doesn't mention that you have "prime" on the .co.uk site

I am an Amazon US customer because I use the family reading on Kindle. So I have little access to the Prime benefits because I rarely use Amazon to buy physical products due to the georestrictions.

However, for $3.99 per month (videos only, no Prime membership as I’m not using the Aus store), it’s brilliant. There are loads of old shows that I loved, and enough new movies and shows to keep me occupied. It’s so much cheaper than Netflix, Stan, Disney+ or Foxtel. I almost feel obligated to keep the subscription because even if I watch only one thing a month it’s worth it.

The quality isn’t great, it buffers a lot, but I’m paying so little that I’m getting way more out of it.

My family streams quite a lot, but we change between companies usually having two going at any given time, we even tried Dysney for my nieces and nephews.The truth is I love them all but Amazon is so cheap, good quality and when I canceled they offered to refund or let it play until the end of the month. That’s awesome

With a fanfare & advertising Prime series TREADSTONE started in Australia. It has multiple languages throughout out the series so I was using English (after all it is our national language) but TREADSTONE drops the subtitles in the middle of at least episode 2 & 3. There is no apparent reason why so I reported it by phone to the service centre Sunday 12-01-2020. I was advised that they were aware of the problem & were working on it. I retried episode 2 Wednesday 15-01-2020 & was excited that the subtitles started working but part of the way through they disappeared!! The fault appears to be intermittent. Appears to be a great series but useless if you cannot understand the conversations.

The video subtitles don't translate foreign languages! Watching "Treadstone" with subtitles on, and as soon as the characters peak Korean and Ruussian the subtitles disappear! No idea what they're saying. Come on Amazon, a bit of QC, lift your game!

Can’t watch - can’t reset my password have to call and international number to rectify. The human confirmation characters are horrible. Overall poor sign up system made me just use the other streaming services.
