Our new home is just gorgeous, thanks to the team at Ansa Homes!
We have had a great experience building our new home with Ansa Homes. Once we got to the build, everything ran like clock-work and there was excellent communication with our team led by Steve who was in contact daily reporting on the trades and the process of construction including addressing any issues or concerns that would need to be addressed.
I would recommend for any one building a new home that it is really important to work through every stage of pre-construction and construction to understand your role and responsibility as the home-owner and engage with your builder during the entire process as it is a team effort and these guys have a great team!

Honest, Personal and Reliable
It has been a positive experience from my wife and self building with ANSA. From the beginning we were provided with honest information on what would be best for us and our family. Highly Recommended
We built with ANSA Homes in 2012, we had a great first builder experience and since then we have built another 2 homes with them. The team were very easy to deal with and responsive when we had questions and queries along the way. We were so impressed by the finished product, there were minimal defects and the quality is still evident years later. The supervisor we had was excellent he kept us in the loop and constantly sent us progress updates even when there were minor delays. All in all we would defiantly recommend ANSA Homes to others as a reliable quality builder

If we can rate ANSA Homes in the negative, we certainly would. Our experience has been an absolute shocker to say the least.
We started off great with their sales guy. He took us through everything that seemed important. We were comparing them to another builder and the bloke went over and beyond. He told us that our price is fixed and the price we sign the contract on was the final price and we would pay nothing more. We paid our 10% trusting that ANSA Homes will deliver on their promises. Boy we were wrong.

eir range was so basic even though their brochures and pictures looked great. Everything was an upgrade. We did not care and we continued, afterall we paid 10% and we wanted what we wanted. We then got a call from their pre-construction lady saying that there were some issues with the plans and we have had to reduce the size of our home. This was a great shock to us. They did "all of their investigations upfront" and now we have to compromise. We had no choice but to do it. Our tender then came back with a smaller home and a higher cost. Unbelievable... The construction was really bad. We kept getting calls from our supervisor trying to sell us on how bad our site is and we may need to pay extra for drop edge beams, piering, spoil removal, and so on... Great Builder!
ANSA Homes built a house and granny flat for my husband and I. The quality is great and we are really happy with the result.
The build cost was known up front and there were no nasty surprises along the way. Mark and his team guided us through every stage, which gave us peace of mind because we knew what to expect. No question was too big or silly to ask of the ANSA team. They always made us feel comfortable to ask questions and responded in a timely manner.
We have recommended ANSA Homes to many people and will continue to do so.

A Big Success!!
My wife and I built with ANSA and love the end result.
They took the time to sit and listen from our very first consultation and we could work in with them to achieve exactly what we were after. We wanted to customise the design to put our own personal touches on it and they were very accommodating. Ansa were upfront with the cost this would incur so we knew exactly where we stood every step of the way.
They kept us up to date with progress so we were always well informed on what stage our house was at and what was next.
The quality of the finishes throughout our home are great.
It is nice to come home to a house that is beautiful, practical and one we love!

Awesome experience first home build!
I met Mark at the Home Show and he was friendly, easily approachable and answered all the questions I had about building a house and granny flat. He made me feel like an actual human being as I’m in a wheelchair and people don’t talk to me they talk to the people I’m with.
The build of my house and granny flat went smoothly and was well managed by Mark and the ANSA Team, they went above and beyond to make sure that every piece of my house was well suited to my needs as everything has to be flat, no lips and wider doors and hallways etc.
Mark and the ANSA Team are easy to work with and if anything needs to be rectified they do it straight away.
I consider them as friends and would build with them again.

Wouldnt build with anyone else
We first met mark at the home show in 2013. Looking to build your first home in your 20's is daunting. With ansa, there was no need to worry. Mark made us feel so comfortable and helped us to understand each process.
We paid what we discussed and signed on the contract. There is always something that might be overlooked or miscommunication but the most important thing is how it is dealt with.

My First Home was beautiful!
My husband and I built the harmony (house and granny flat) and we live in the house. Its really great! we love living here and the house is built really well. The colours process was a little stressful because there were so many great things to choose from but the colours lady was great in walking me through everything. She really took my thoughts and made them into the selections I wanted. Then to see it come to life was awesome. We are really happy with our Ansa home.

After a bad experience with another builder and 6 months of wasted time and money we turned to ANSA homes who were very helpful and delivered on their promises. Great 1st time experience
Our very 1st build was through ANSA Homes in 2015 & we had a very stress free experience. ANSA gave us a fixed price prior to commencing the build & the price remained the same at the completion of the build. The workmanship & quality was great, we were very happy with the end result of our home. We found all staff very approachable & easy to deal with. We would recommend ANSA to anyone looking a building a property, our experience was great!

House and Granny Flat
Being our first custom home it was scary, as we had aged care to be implemented, but all went smoothly and was well researched by sales and drafting.
We found all staff easy to deal with and with no hidden costs, if we had questions they were answered.
The quality of our home is amazing and if something was wrong or needed fixing this has been completed within a timely manner and with professionalism.
All done within our budget which is a bonus.

My wife & I built with ANSA Homes a few years back now and we learnt a lot in regards to the building process as the team were very honest and up front with everything.
One big thing that we learnt was there are so many moving parts during the building process from signing to hand over and people do make mistakes. The build only finished a little behind schedule when it should of been weeks or even months behind. Just wondering does Ansa home provide any specific timeframe or build completion date? If they unable to finish within specified date is there any compensation /penalty will provide?

They give you a estimated completion date once construction is started but that date will alter as the build goes on due to supply issues, weather factors etc. It is all covered in the HIA (Housing Industry Association) contract which is used by all the builders so you'll find it is the same across all the builders. There can be penalties/compensation under certain circumstances but the contract is heavily in favour of the builder so it would be difficult to claim anything.

Our time frame is 6 - 8 months for building your home. This does not include the design and approval by authority stage as we are not in control of that part of the process. As WMGrew mentioned, the HIA contract that we sign outlines yours and the builder's rights which is something you can work through with our operations team when you are ready to build with us.

Our construction times are generally 6 - 8 months. We can provide you with a quick quote and site your home on your block at no cost to you. However to get a fixed price, there is a number of reports that we need to obtain. These include but not limited to: contour surveys, soil tests, S149, compliance checks, etc...
