Everyone from the Saleswoman at the Sydney - Silverwater branch thru to the person who measured up the blinds at our house to the installer were all on the ball, very friendly and a wonderful bunch of people. We are so happy with our three new blinds. Well done for a excellent job from a professional team.

I ordered my blinds in Jul19. After several several chases, ALL from my end, also told I MUST pay full upfront, an install happened finally in Feb20. THEN I find, shutters don't match and now one shutters are broken. Faulted out and still waiting for a resolution. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - told all sorts of lies. Result - still not blinds and $5K down.

The whole experience of getting new blinds was stress free, our windows were measured for us, we had a wide choice of different colours to choose from, all was done at our home. The installation was done beautifully. Very happy with the whole process.

Easy Peasy

To put it in a nutshell, it was easy. Was able to see the product in the showroom, salesman came and showed us fabrics to choose from, staff organised deposit and final payment over the phone, Technician came when he said he would. Easy.

Great decision made easy by experts. Would highly recommend to others Will use them again of course. If you are unsure about what options to investigate go to their showroom and enquire. They know what they are talking about and what will work best for your situation. Trust them. We did and weren’t disappointed.

Had 3 quotes, the salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us the best advice for the window configuration. The delivery was excellent and again great care to ensure the installation was flawless.

The sales rep. came to my unit showed me the different blinds and measured up, all very professionally. The service and installation were great. The only problem i have is the policy of paying the full price before the goods are installed. It means i have very little come back if anything goes wrong. What if the installer fails to turn up? what if they install the wrong product? what if the workmen damage the premises? As i have already paid the full amount i have very little come back if any of theses things occur. Thankfully everything was great.

Brilliant service from the first phone call through to installation. We chose easy to use pully system outdoor blinds for a retirement unit. The colour and style just smarten up the appearance of the unit as well as doing an excellent job of keeping out the hot summer sun. The woven fabric still allows air flow and a great outlook without that shut in feeling.
