Love our trainer! She is excellent and I wouldn't want anyone else. I am worried about the amount of "21 day people coming and going and not committing to join up after that. It seems to be turning other people away, especially our regular and more long term people. I would like to see less freebies being handed out as I think alot more people would be attending and a lot less people will be dropping out. I think rewarding long term clients would also be a major incentive. I know that after a period of time a discount is applied, but I think more could be done to show your clients that they are valued.

Training with our group is always challenging and varied, I love it and will be doing this for a long time to come as it truly has changed my life

I have been participating for just over 18months. I think it is a good program with varied workouts. I have seen results and am happy with my overall results.
The program is easy to follow and I have seen results by following it both strictly and not. The recipes are okay and the online support system is average. The girls in my local group and the head trainer are wonderful which is why I keep coming back. I would love too see more equipment purchases than money spent on software and webpage upgrades. As I find the actual session the most powerful. It would also be nice if headquarters were more open about changes and letting us know how those changes will impact us. Especially concerning T&C an packages that are discontinued.

Not something I would ever sign up for never got emails asking how I'm doing or I never got measurements done once I asked for a refund and payments stopped I got told no then I was blocked and deleted off the booty pages!

Loved it and lost 8 kilos within a month,I love all the girls and my trainer Jono Although getting up at 5am isn't ideal. But once I'm there its all good.

I have been with the program since Jan. I love the program and the people I have met. My trainer is my rock and she is absolutely amazing, everyone loves her. The workouts are good and you see real results happening. When I saw ashy bines advertised for Chch. I was more excited about the personalise meal plans, as that is my down fall. What I was not so happy about is that the meal plans are not personalise or indivaidal to each person so it was sort false advertising. Although the food meals are good I have not seen a real benefit from them as they have not been personalised for me and the health issues I have. I will still continue you ashy booty camp as I enjoy the people and the community we have there.

There is a lot of support provided not only from the trainers but from the other girls. The program is super easy to follow and obtain the goals your after

I lost 6 kg in the 12 week kick start programme. I'm still training with ABBBC and I'm now starting week 20! Every session is different, I am constantly challenged. I enjoy how our trainer pushes ourselves, she is approachable, flexible, motivating and easy to talk to. She also sends daily messages full of great advice and motivational notes.

I personally enjoy the weekly challenges such as 'Beat the clock', 'cardio challenge',... and I really push myself to improve my last record.

Meal plans, meetings and online support have been sent regularly.

Such an easy program to follow and the challenges have been amazing. You've got to put in the hard yards to make it work for you. It's been two years since I've joined and I love it!

I love ABBBC and everything about it - online Life, booty camp and the amazing trainers! I had been contemplating joining for a while but 110% happy that I did!

Great trainers, fun and exciting sessions, very educational. Love every session. Overall 10/10 experience. Great forum full of supportive girls sharing ideas, experiences and recipes. Has made such a difference to my life.

Ashys food plan is great, it worked well for me, but that is more to the credit of the PT running the sessions. We weary if you dont notify them and give 2 weeks notice to end a 12 WEEK PROGRAM at the end of 12 weeks you will be continuously charged. Ashy is a joke... program is good and if you stick to it it will work

I signed up to do an 8 week program back in MAY 16, after this i was expecting to be contacted about dates and times etc for training and what not. Instead of this NO ONE from the company contacted me and no one replied to any of my calls or messages to answer my questions. I then received a message roughly a month later from one of the Lady's and then told them that i was not interested in continuing as no one had gotten back to me. I have since then noticed that they continued to take $31.15 from my account, ( no receipts emailed ) for the past 4 MONTHS!! That is over $600.
If I could rate this company lower then Terrible I would, You don't even deserve 1 Star.

Advertising clearly designed to get customers to unknowingly agree to the monthly fee of $30 (which is wildly overpriced to begin with) and then the customer service team is unwilling to issue a refund. Everything found through this app/subscription can be found online for FREE. Do not support this scam.

It all looks so good when you start until you come across a hurdle. You have had money taken out of your accounts without permission even though you have cancelled, you have injured yourself and need a refund, you don't like seeing picture of turtles having sex, you don't like a messy bun! Say a beep, express your feeling, ask Ashy a questions and you are OUT!!! Blocked, deleted, harassed and scammed!! She does it so well and gets away with it even more...

Signed up for a 12 week challenge and they automatically rolled into next challenge. My daughter got contacted by the Newcastle Manager and she told them she wanted to cancel which she tried to do. She then got sent to a debt collection agency but her bank statements show that they were deducting money from her account.

There is no customer service and you have to wait up to 48 hours for a reply and no phone line - how very convenient. They are taking advantage of young women. Misleading, deceptive and will absolutely not recommend that anyone let them have access to your bank account.

No support at all it is disgraceful - trying to promote healthy women but causing major stress and anxiety over money.

I keep getting charged! Even though I canceled back in June! It's now August & I keep getting charge $40+ plus a foreign currency fee
I have emailed them as to why I have been charge and for a refund! Noting yet!
No support at all! So many better programs that are cheaper!
