Brilliant dishwasher, dishes, glasses and cutlery WOW!!! so clean and shiney. So quiet you don't even know it on! Pre spray feature...wonderful..Favourite feature is the cuttlery tray...so easy to load and even easier to unload.I highly recommend this Dishwasher. Installtion service is the best ever, clean tidy, take away old machine and a full run down on how to use it for our needs.

The door is perfect, easy to open and close and light. This was the main reason for purchase. The product cleans perfectly, is super quiet, and has a variety of settings, and a memory that uses the most recent cleaning program, so so easy to use. I would recommend this product to everyone. A little more expensive than some, but well worth it.

Great dishwasher. Asko servicing...No one to talk to, you can only email to book in a service. 72 hour delay in contacting a local servicing company, then another week minimum for the servicing to happen. Still waiting. unable to use dishwasher until fixed. Sales reps very responsive, asko not so.

Just a quick note of praise, we decided on this based on advise from a retailer then bought the Asko. It is THE BEST dishwasher I've had in decades. The sales person was honest and very helpful. i had an Asko in the early 80's it was great too. It's quiet, cleans well, dries well, love the cutlery tray as I felt the baskets never cleaned the spoons well enough. All over a great machine

cleans dishes really well, is extremely quiet (my old one was so loud). Favourite feature is that it is connected to hot water so hopefully it uses less power, my hot water is off peak. I use the quick wash cycle, only problem is that is still 2 hours but dishes are clean and dry. Only things it doesn't completely dry on the program I use is tupperware plastic.

Asko dishwasher was ok but not the best in the market but will do the job. If you prefer better job would then consider miele. Its cheap so i would not complain too much. If you wash big item like pot than it would be a bit dificult to fit in.

This dishwasher is uses a very small amount of water so makes it very economical to run. Cleans the dishes so so well and I wished quiet when on. I'm on tank water and would highly recommend to use this dishwasher. It was a little more expensive than other dishwasher but it is very well built tough and other people have told me that they last for years and years.

It's a pretty good dishwasher, if I do say so myself. The controls are easy to learn and use, and it's really quiet when in use. There's plenty of room inside to fit all my dishes and stuff in one go, and I've never had any problems with food stuck to my washed dishes.

This is the third Asko dishwasher we have bought. It is a good brand but - we lost one when it was just out of warranty and, as it turned out, it would have been excluded under warranty because the electronics were infested with cockroaches. We have a very clean home and no obvious signs of cockroaches so that was disappointing. They offered us an incentive to buy another one only to have a tube chewed through during a rodent infestation within 6 months! This was again excluded under warranty. The installer was the same for this dishwasher...
Read more as the previous one and he said that rodents had chewed through the wall behind the dishwasher. I had seen the area he showed me before the most recent dishwasher was installed but he had said nothing about it when installing our brand new and expensive dishwasher. I told him we would be buying a cheaper dishwasher from now on. He told me that it would not last and I pointed out that our uber expensive Askos were not lasting anyway. I no longer think the price tag is worth it.- Date Purchased

This dishwasher is an absolute lifesaver. My husband packs a week's load of dishes in, including with baked on food, and no matter how full it is, all dishes are sparkling clean. We have recommended many of our friends to get the same dishwasher. Quiet and easy to use. Wish we'd gotten one earlier

My favourite feature is being told to only scrape off food scraps, etc. - DO NOT RINSE - in big letters. The machine gets everything clean and sparkling and on economy dries reasonably well - equally as good as my Dishlex did, but more economical to run. It is loud if you are next to it and trying to listen to the TV, but guests in the next room are able to sleep through the cycle. So happy with it.

I bought this dishwasher thinking that I would not have a problem with it as it was quite expensive but sadly that is not the case. I constantly have trouble turning the dishwasher on if my hands are a little warm, apparently your hands have to be cold to operate the buttons so the servicemen have told me when they have come out to service the dishwasher. Very strange!!!! Once the machine is operating it is good, it is quiet, and cleans the dishes well. It is a smart looking dishwasher, the stainless steel gives it a nice look. I would probably give it a 3 out 5.

Extremely good dishwasher that provides an excellent clean every time (no clue what that previous reviewer was going on about - maybe they should try cleaning the filter). The stainless steel door has a solid mechanism, and does not wobble like other leading brand dishwashers that are made with plastic - and more plastic.
The Asko dishwasher is easy to install, operates very quietly, and has a very wide range of wash cycles from a quick rinse, from 30mins through to full-length cycles, plus 70deg cleans etc (haven't used that yet). Lots of very useful compartments that can be easily added or removed, and a cutlery drawer (yes!). Highly recommend this Swedish-made dishwasher!!!

It cleans really well. Love the separate cutlery drawer. I have to say it is a little noisy at times and when I walk past it appears to generate a lot of heat. The dish washer seems to be pretty good quality and overall I would recommend this as a good buy..

Well, I don't put crystal or kitchen knives into the dishwasher but everything else.
We are now loading up the dishwasher with pots, pans and baking dishes. There is short rinse cycle which is handy if you do not have a full load but are concerned that food may dry out on cookware. Very baked on food does have to be soaked or loosened- things like sticky rice or white sauce which tend to adhere firmly to the base of a saucepan.
Cutlery basket can be moved anywhere on lower shelf. The dishwasher is generally while operating except for when the water valve opens- it tends to gush loudly for a few seconds. A number of cycle types and very easy to use.
The waste trap is easy to remove and to clean.

It cleans thoroughly and you never have to rinse your dishes beforehand. Filters never need to be cleaned, only when necessary.
It is so quiet that I have to listen carefully to hear if it is still washing.
Big baskets give a lot of room, sparkling dishes and I love the boost fan dryer.
Stylish and easy to install. I bought this brand because I had 1 previously and it was fantastic. I was upgrading and I sold it for a very good price after having it for 10 years!

I love our Asko dishwasher. I love that it fits so much in it and washes really well. We pack so much in there and it comes out dry and clean every time. I did have a dishwasher with a cutlery draw on the top but I prefer to be able to lift them out to put away quicker. We use it every day and it's worked so well.

This dishwasher is the best that I have owned. I use the everyday cycle when I don't have any pots and the dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. I use the heavy duty wash when I have a very full wash and pots and pans. I do need to soak the baked on pots and pans before putting in but any dishwasher is the same. The cutlery drawer is so useful, as it doesn't take away any room for the rest of my dishes. The overall build is so solid unlike other makes. It is extremely quiet to run which is important to us as the kitchen is next to our lounge room.

Paid $1899 for what I expected to be a great dishwasher. The fan component never worked well but I was willing to overlook that. There was an intermittent problem with the touch panel that became more frequent until it just stopped responding at all. At the first call out the technician was very arrogant and claimed customers usually let the control panel get very dirty so that the keys don't respond and then asked me to get a cloth so he could clean it. Lo and behold, it actually didn't work!! A part was ordered and was meant to be installed t...
Read moreoday. The technician has broken the service contract as he did not call by 7pm last night to advise a time. Very disappointed in both the terrible quality of the expensive appliance and Asko's customer service. I would not purchase an Asko again and wouldn't hesitate to discourage others. There are many more better reviewed and less expensive dishwashers on the market! Update: so after cleaning the touch pad (which I was assured works all the time) and replacing the control panel Asko are now insisting on replacing the door. I've requested a refund or at least replacement so I can sell it and get a better brand but have been denied. This one is worthless now after such a short space of time and little use . Terrible customer service. Update: Asko replaced the door with a generic unbranded panel. They assured me it would be replaced ASAP with a genuine Asko product but 3 months down the track I still have an unbranded dishwasher I paid way too much money for.- Date Purchased

I absolutely love this dishwasher. The size is great, the dishes come out clean and completely dry (although I do use the heavy wash and extra dry options) and as a bonus it looks nice and doesn't show up finger marks. My only complaint is that the top cutlery draw is really stiff and annoying to pull out.

We've had our ASKO dishwasher for about 10 months now and I love it. It does have difficulty with baked on food, but what dishwasher doesn't - I just take the baking dishes out straight away and scrub it off while it is still soft from the dishwasher, easy peasy. Other than that I have no complaints. It doesn't leave sandy grit on the inside of cups; no water marks on the dishes; no stagnant smell; no loud noises; fingerprint and streak free front; easy to lift out and clean filter; the racks never slide off the tracks. I love the knife support...

I love that the bottom section is so deep so it can fit in awkward shaped, and large dishes. I love that the cutlery basked can sit anywhere on the bottom rack. It even washes my non-stick baking trays without damaging them. Excellent product.HI Their,

Read more Regards Vani -Team Leader - After Sales ServiceFirst purchased our machine about 2 months ago. We were told it would be delivered and installed for us at no extra charge. The morning of delivery we were told it'd be a day late, still happy with the purchase. When the delivery person finally graced us with his presence the dishwasher was dumped in my kitchen to be installed by my father. Ok, little inconvenient but still fine. Two washes in and the door mechanism gave out on us and needed to be replaced. Little annoyed at this point but factory defects do happen. We began to become a little ...
Read moreagitated when we were told it would take a week and a half to replace our faulty dishwasher though. Part of the draw to Asko was their great reputation for customer service (or so the store clerk told us). So we waited a week and a half and this time the dishwasher delivery guy installed the machine for us! Everything seemed to be going well, until tonight. When our 2 and a half month old dishwasher experienced an F11 (drain blockage) error. So we pulled out the pipes and cleaned the inside of the machine and ran it through a quick wash just to double check the machine. Even though we'd not found anything (there was a stray pea in the catch) blocking the machine it still would not run. We'd previously had a miele dishwasher last us 7 years without fault so to transition to this is... well, it's a $1500 paperweight and little more. I'm sorry but I'll be asking for a refund and going elsewhere. 1 star and that's only because I can't rate it any lower.Hi Gaius,

Asko dishwasher a pleasant, quality surprise I just bought.
Needing another new dishwasher and having just spent 3 weeks off and on reading reviews and comparing models in store, I resolved myself that the days of solid built reliable mostly metal appliances like the ones 30 years ago that I used to service as a repair electrician were either gone or out of my budget so I decided that I might as well go with the flow and buy something full of plastic again in my price range and hope for the best.
Having narrowed my selection down to a Snazzy looking leading brand built in one I liked amongst the myri...
Read moread of dishwasher choices because of size, appearance and recommendations I resolved I would buy that one. To my disappointment when I got close and inspected the machine it was full of plastic parts and felt a bit tinny and I had second thoughts about it as only having 2 lower plastic spray arms wasn't doing it for me. I wanted a cutlery tray with its own spray arm having had average performance from my 2 previous different brand machines with upper cutlery drawers, so I assume one more spray arm should fix that. A salesman sat 2nds world online and Penrith store suggested I take a look at his Asko machine he was pointing me toward which was $1300 instead of $1800 ex display but like new. Having only looked at one other of their models I didn't think was too bad so I thought for that discount I'll give it a look. When I checked it out the quality in it was obvious. Besides the full stainless steel internal cabinet and 3 stainless steel spray arms inside it including one for the upper cutlery tray, it had an external thick hard plastic sealed insulation instead of the underlay like insulation loosely packed around cabinets I saw on some of the other brands built in models. From experience I have found the underlay type insulation cockroaches like living and breeding in where it gets warm so not having that there was a huge plus. The metal racks inside it seem to be coated in something harder than normal plastic and the racks come in and out easily by big wheels. My overall impression of it is it reminds me of a commercial machine under the hood with minimal gimmicks and finishes off nicely with a small easy to use controller on the front door and can sit back in flush with the front of the adjacent cupboards and screws in fixed. My only hesitancy was the lack of Aqua safe valve on the water intake and they just have a plastic hose which apparently is Plex, the same material as the fixed plumbing in your house so it mustn't require an electric safety shut of valve. For peace of mind I bought a $12 Water Wizz flood stop valve off eBay that will fix the potential burst hose flooding issue if needed and on the upside is one less electric thing to fail and need to be replaced by a service call I guess.- 4 reviews

I recently replaced a poor performing LG dishwasher with this Asko machine and I'm so happy that I did. The Asko is fantastic, and has some great features. It cleans and dries the dishes perfectly (with no need for rinsing), performs quietly, and is easy to use. So far, I have only used the Daily Wash program and I've been very pleased with the results. The internal size of the dishwasher is relatively large compared to other dishwashers and the layout has been thoughtfully designed. This model includes a top cutlery tray and a cutlery basket (...
