Disappointing
Had my ASUR notebook for only 2 1/2 years and yesterday the hard drive died
I would never expected this considering the $1600 price even my old Toshiba is still going after 7 years.
I am an older lady and have only used it for emails and Windows. No games on it.
Very disappointing, obviously you don’t get what you pay for.
Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman.

Bought what was supposed to be a great Laptop
in one month inspite of great care and attention to this laptop the visual screen required replacement the machine and warranty cost in excess of $1475:00. Meaning the dropping of a UNI subject whilst it was sent away for 10 days?
At that age it should have been completely replaced as new at purchase on the spot I feel at that price range as my previous laptop a Toshiba boosted to 8 RAM and that was large capacity at purchase lasted for almost 10 years.

out the product so customer feedback even polite and enquiring doesn't appear to have any value to a Company as large as this with such a high selling capacity. The laptop purchase was extremely high cost for me and doesnt perform for that price range I dont feel. The mouse pad isn't as good as the Toshiba and I use other computer brands whilst working so this was my first and likely last ASUS.
