This mattress is really comfortable but also providing enough support. I’m 75kg so the soft is perfect. If I weighed more, then the medium would be best. It’s a high quality mattress at a great price. Buying direct from the manufacturer means no added costs. Nice to support a local Aussie made product too. Highly recommended!

Cannot fault anything throughout the process of buying our King size ensemble through your company, from sales to delivery it was all perfect and quick! Ordered 11.30am and delivery happened at 1pm same day. As for the bed... we love it!

I must have spent around a week looking at mattresses and reviews and driving myself nuts trying to sieve through the blatant false promotion. Found the Sienna range at Ausbeds and went for the softer King size SR4 as it sounded ideal for what I wanted and the reviews felt a bit more honest. Only had it two nights so cant talk about durability yet but slept like a baby so far and it feels sturdy, doesnt come in a box like most I was looking at!

I even had my sheets upgraded by Karl, the owner, at no extra cost ($100+ difference) and Harry who did the delivery was great, kept me updated on times and good conversation as well!

We had a full latex mattress but our new ausbed mattress is a combination of latex top, sturdy foam and pocket springs. I find it more comfortable, and had great sleep.When the bed was delivered it had a small hand mark during delivery on it. I notified the owner Karl that evening and the next day he came on the delivery to make sure all was ok with a new un marked one. Absolutely great service.

With so many options in the market it did take some time to get to Ausbeds, but everything from start to finish was superb. The owner showed me through the showroom options but did NOT pressure a sale. Leo who delivered it was outstanding helping move our existing bed and set up the new.
But the bed itself is the most comfortable we've had and we've had very expensive Sealy before, would never spend that sort of money again - this was a sharp price for an outstanding product!

Bought sienna king bed was delivered next day was informed every step of the way so happy with customer service and no pressure from sales person either will write another review after a couple of weeks on the performance of mattress.

Very comfortable purchase. Bought on recommendation from my son and daughter in-law who purchased the same mattress two years ago and have never had a bad night's sleep since there only regret was not purchasing the king-size. It's a hard life

New bed has been great and the guys, Karl and Harry, very helpful. Would recommend for those seeking to purchase a new mattress. Seemingly better value than the chain stores.

This is my 8th Ausbed now and we love them. We bought 7 for a holiday house and loved them so much decided to switch over our current king bed. Their service is great, right through from Karl the owner to Harry who delivers the bed and is extremely helpful in getting it to where you need and taking all the rubbish. Would highly recommend Ausbeds!

Great service from Ausbeds, good attitude and very helpful - Harry was very good and patient with the delivery when my Dad struggled to open the door to get in, which he finally did!

We’ve had our Ausbed for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! We visited the showroom in Marrickville on a public holiday (Easter Monday) and after deciding we liked the Sienna (that includes an amazing gel foam layer) in medium, George was happy to accomodate our crazy weekly schedule and have it delivered the same day!

As this was a public holiday and George was the only one in the office at the time and did the delivery himself, I thought this was outstanding customer service.

Harry was a big super helpful and didn't press me and husband into buying anything. Included free delivery and free Pillow . The mattress is super comfortable. In fact Ausbed is a place you will always recommend for anyone and feel relaxed in your house because the person you recommend Ausbed to, will go and return back with smile on his faces and not be disappointed most especially when it has to do with Harry, Harry has the quality of serving the public . Harry has been helpful to us at the point of purchasing. He has explained the difference in each of the three mattress in much details and made us feel comfortable in selecting the right ones. I will recommend Ausbeds to my friends with same day delivery as a bonus without the harsh price tag.

I did a lot of research and popped into the Marrickville showroom to try the beds out. No heavy sales patter, nice and relaxed. George and Kyle were amazing. You can tell they care about the service and your sleep. Harry the delivery guy was great too.

So 3 weeks on - the research paid off. Bed is amazing and we and love it. We actually had a good bed before but this is even better. Just feels so solid but soft. We're sleeping pretty well. Thank you Ausbeds
