Amazing Service & Brilliant Mattress
Couldn't speak more highly of this local Australian company. We arrived at their factory just after 12.30pm. Selected our mattress and were advised it could be delivered that afternoon! Brilliant service. Both my partner and I are bodybuilders weighing over 125kg. It’s important to have a mattress that can support our weight so the next test was how well we slept. After having a wonderful nights sleep on our new mattress I checked my sleep rating on my Fitbit. I rated an 86 out of 100. I have never had such a high sleep rating in the two years I have had my Fitbit. Proof of the great nights sleep I had on our new mattress. I can not speak more highly of this company.

Excellent service !! Leo was amazing, and efficient. He was on time, and delivered in heavy rain. Due to the rain the mattress was slightly wet, and without a fuss he came back with another mattress. A great night sleep on my new mattress. Awesome service. Highly recommend the company.

Since I have been sleeping on our SR6 King, I have had the BEST sleep. I am currently pregnant and was hard to get comfortable before our new mattress. Harry was amazing and the delivery was so quick and easy!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable mattress and better sleep :) I wish I had got this mattress earlier !

Great bed and absolutely awesome good old fashioned customer service!!
I bought the Sienna SR6, the medium firm one. Not only do we get to go for gold trying it out at the store, but we get to have a 3 month trial period which really lets you sleep in peace (no pun intended). The mattress so far is great (but I'm still in my trial period and adjusting from the difference in firmness from my previous bed). Its not too soft and not too hard - just right. Also should mention Leo, who had absolutely awesome customer service and got things sorted out quickly. He was genuinely helpful and took a keen interest in making sure that we were happy in every step of the way. He also had that chill vibe that made you feel relaxed and ready to try out beds lol. Also (sorry I forgot the name) the bald gentleman was great as well. He was very straight forward in answering all questions without beating around the bush, and even talked us through the manufacturing process and how the beds were designed. He definitely seemed very knowledgeable and knew beds like the back of his hand (wasn't just reading out of the pamphlet like other salesmen would do). This gave us a lot of confidence in listening to him and feeling more secure with purchasing the bed. Out of all the shops we went to, this is the only place where we felt relaxed and didn't feel pressured into buying. There was no salesman constantly circling us like eagles over their prey. So glad I went to Ausbeds!
I popped into the Marrickville showroom with the intention of trying out their beds. I walked out the same afternoon after buying a king size bed, base, mattress protector, set of sheets and memory pillows. George was very informative and friendly. I went with his recommendation of the medium feel mattress and so far have had two awesome nights of blissful sleep on this bed. Delivery was easy to arrange and Harry was very flexible with delivery requirements. All in all just a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Ausbeds to anyone considering buying a great bed.

Best bed ever...and great service
Thank goodness for Ausbeds. After exhausting and disappointing visits to the usual shops in our quest for a new mattress we tripped over Ausbeds on the internet. Right from the start it felt right. We received fabulous service from Karl, who patiently answered all our questions and put together a great deal for the mattress, base, bedhead and linen. r. And the bed....my husband and I seriously think the Sienna is one of the best beds we have ever slept on; not too soft, not too hard...just perfect. The base/bed head is also exactly what we wanted, down to it being covered in our choice of fabric. To sum it up; Ausbed's offer great service and great beds at a great price.
