My son says that it’s a wonderfully comfortable mattress. The service was terrific, receiving the mattress on the same day. My only complaint is that the mattress is so unbelievably heavy which makes making the bed incredibly difficult.

Absolutely Effortless transaction!! I walked into the show room around 11am, tested the different mattresses. It was delivered before 2pm on the same day! No fuss! Thanks to Harry who delivered on time and even helped with setup.
I was keen on the firmer SR8, however Karl recommended the SR6 based on my requirements which turned out to be perfect. Bed quality and customer service is far more superior to rival boxed mattress.

Since I have been sleeping on our SR6 King, I have had the BEST sleep. I am currently pregnant and was hard to get comfortable before our new mattress. Harry was amazing and the delivery was so quick and easy!

We were pleasantly surprised the salesman wasn’t pushy, instead, helpful and genuinely interested in our requirements. We chose the SR8 and thankfully, he advised against it. Happy with the SR6.

My previous mattress was a bit too soft. I appreciated that I could try out the different mattresses in the showroom to find the right one. I did look online first, and ended up buying the same mattress that their “fit system” recommended. I have only had it a few days (and it’s on the ground without a frame), but the mattress has been very comfortable and enabled a good night’s sleep. The delivery was quick, easy, and same day(!!), and Harry lugged it up the three flights of stairs with no complaints. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Sleeping well now I have upgraded to ausbeds. I get a Full nights rest. I am Very happy as is my wife with the comfort level. I have Already recommended these beds to a friend

Good service. Excellent delivery very comfy bed. Still adjusting to bed type but feel sleep will be a whole lot better. The mattress is firm enough to support your body. Find the memory foam and latex mix very supportive

Due to an injury, we decided to upgrade our mattresses as the old ones were just very painful to sleep on. So off we go on a hunt for the best mattresses available. We went to a couple of those big mattresses companies and went away more confused than ever due to the huge selection. And the sales people were not much help either as I can see they are as confused as we were.

We had a full latex mattress but our new ausbed mattress is a combination of latex top, sturdy foam and pocket springs. I find it more comfortable, and had great sleep.When the bed was delivered it had a small hand mark during delivery on it. I notified the owner Karl that evening and the next day he came on the delivery to make sure all was ok with a new un marked one. Absolutely great service.

Firstly, thank you Harry for delivering our new mattresses. He was on time, texted before he arrived & with ease placed the mattresses . Also he took the plastic covering for recycling.

My wife and I were in the need to order a new bed and we visit the showroom on Sunday afternoon. We were helped and educated on beds, sizes and comfort. We needed a very firm mattress and could find the SR8 model. We chose the king mattress size. I ordered the mattress at 12:45pm and got delivered within an hour. It felt faster than a pizza delivery. :) We had now a week of sleep and could feel instantly a change in sleep quality. I still cannot believe that we got a premium product, including base, under $1500.

Amazing value, great quality!

I forgot how important a good mattress is until I had a go on one of these. I've had my queen mattress now for more than two months and it's broken in great. The top layer gets nice and comfy and the springs provide just the right amount of firmness for me. Would recommend these guys without a second thought! Leo was also a great help!

The service at Ausbeds was excellent and they helped me organise a further delivery. Harry was very helpful when the bed was delivered and set up the bed and base for me. The actual bed is very comfortable and appears to be durable.

I just moved to Sydney and I have been suffering back pain and neck pain for years (IT guys). Thus I've been looking for nicer mattress and pillows for years. Since I am currently renting room I'd rather choose not to buy a mattress but to accept mattress my landlord offered. This matrress is just what I hoped for comfort-wise, but at much lower price than I expected to pay. Three months in, it’s exactly the right support and comfort level for my aches (tendency for shoulder and hip pain) and I am sleeping better and waking more refreshed.

The AusBeds range had enough variety but wasn’t too big to be overwhelming.
Ben was great - helpful and respectful, gave advice if asked, but gave room for me to make my decision. I’ve got a matress that is just right!

The whole experience with Ausbeds from trying out the mattresses, making our purchase at the Marrickville showroom to the same day delivery of our Sienna SR6 Queen mattress was totally awesome and easy. George was great and so was Josh who was super helpful. Our delivery guy, Ben did a great job and was careful and thoughtful in how he delivered and installed our mattress. I would definitely recommend Ausbeds to everyone.

We now have two ausbeds mattresses and are very happy with them. We actually bought a $6k bed from a well known brand but happened to stumble into the ausbeds showroom and realised they sell an equivilent product at a fraction of the price. We refunded that bed and bought this one instead.

The mattress itself is high quality and as good as anything sold by the major brands. The service and delivery are first rate and the warranty gave us comfort.

We wouldnt buy a bed anywhere else now and hope ausbeds disrupts an industry that has ripped off consumers for too long.

Purchased a SR8 (the firm one) and some pillows from Leo the other weekend off the back of our friends recommendation having bought from them a few weeks prior.

Awesome service and same day delivery - Leo had us in and out within ten minutes and the bed delivered an hour later. Love the bed so far and hope it stays this firm for a couple of years - if so, would definitely buy another. The fact the SR8 has Springs and isn't just a few slabs of foam should definitely help with support long-term. Pillows are also sick and we're pretty reasonabl...
