aus post was much better in covid time without having to go to post office to pick up parcels. Posties constantly causing time wasting greif not leaving parcels at doors.

There was a delivery issue with an item coming from my internet service provider, where the item was accidentally addressed to my old address - not sure why - all I needed was to contact the suburb Post Office it was delivered in to see if it was dropped off there. One number for all AusPost offices. Probably the most useless call service I've ever had to deal with. Inputting tracking numbers is a joke.
How is there not an option to contact a local post office without having to go through all that rubbish, just for the automated services to tell you to go online and sort it out.
Absolute joke of a service. I'd give zero stars if it were possible.

Recently applied my son's passport, Bradbury post office processed then received the passport well before the expected date of delivery. The delivery postie came at the door to deliver the item. He didn't ask to sign I understand due to COVID-19 touch avoidance.

I have parcel that shows it has been sitting in a Brisbane facility since April 29th 2020. The Sender estimated delivery latest May 7th. I waited but then lodged an official complaint on May 13th upon which I received an automated response but nothing since then! I had one parcel 'disappeared' which I let go as I assumed it could have been taken but since then stuck a note on my mailbox requesting the postman to sound his horn when delivering a parcel to avoid future incidents. I find the post office at Charlestown NSW is fantastic and always suggests the most economic means, whereas my local PO at Belmont, couldn’t care less and my post is always late with Belmont!?

Yes Australia post is under the pump but when in one of their postal outlets, you’d think if there is a line out the door, you would speed up and not talk to every single person!

In our local area of Hornsby, 8 times out of 10 the staff at all our local post offices are fantastic. Every office is willing to help pick the best way to ship an item to someone, for the best value. Every now and again I seem to know better than the staff member, but rarely in my area.

However, other offices I've visited in the past haven't been nearly as good. In particular, at Chatswood I dealt with a very rude staff member who insisted I use self service, make a large letter a parcel, and post using the lodgement box instead of paying nor...

The Post Office in Eltham provides outstanding attention to customers. All the staff particularly Sandy and Robyn go out of their way to ensure needs of the customers are exceeded.

I went to Australian Post Watergardens office to do an ID verification, the first time counter staff told me although the document stated Visa card is an acceptable secondary ID apart from my passport, it cannot be accepted because there is a space in between my first name. I explained to him to check my passport it has two characters in my first name so when it translate into English the space in between is normal, but "No" it's totally unacceptable only because of that space. I have had repeated problems with Australia Post over a number of years as have adjacent businesses near me. No matter how many times we ask the postman to Jetty Road Largs Bay to leave a card when the shop is unattended he would just leave parcels in what he thought a safe place. A sign on the door fixed the problem for a while but now with Corona Virus my partners business next door to my own is shut and once again the postman is leaving items visible and unattended at my property. It is possible for him to leave them in my business reception...

This post office is truly awesome. They have looked after me and my business needs for years, with smiles and ease of trade and I have always been impressed with their positive attitude and desire to help!

Due to Covid -19 and the federal government's social distancing recommendations my disabled aged pensioner mother and I elected (after a week's deliberation) to redirect our mail from our PO Box as the extremely narrow (doorway width) enclosed space makes social distancing impossible.

Our local Australia Post office has well trained and polite staff. I make an effort to go on either a Monday or Friday as they have an elderly volunteer who loves a chat whilst he is servicing his client. It is refreshing to have confidence with their sales team and a pleasure to feel that I am not rushed.

I recently had to visit an Aus Post outlet in Lake Macquarie region NSW To obtain passport photos and the staff were super helpful with my needs. Good value for money and polite, diligent service.

I use the post office at Westfield Marion. It is usually busy but they have enough staff so you don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly and polite. I like to pay each bill individually and have the receipt stapled to the bill. This takes longer as I pay 5 bills at a time and the staff don’t mind doing this for me. It is a clean and attractive post office.

Range of products in store is amazing, good prices with sales sometimes, 'normal' postal products are well stocked, friendly, efficient service, good queue system with enough staff to make it efficient

The staff at Warwick post office are always so efficient. The line can get long often but they go through it quick and efficient. Everyone is so informative and helpful.

Staff member was too busy talking to her friend while 6 people in line waiting. I understand she was trying to help her friend but it was over the top.

I have a lot of interaction with Moruya NSW post office. The staff are excellent! Extremely helpful, and I believe the best service in the state. A pat on the back to all Moruya staff!

This is 21st century and their procedures to are obsolete.

Odd Timings of their offices. Expect people to take a day off to get things done.

Very Bad Customer services, an Indian guy customer services staff, impolite, not friendly at all, intend to open my envelop to check what's inside my envelope postages, very disrespectful and bullying customers. Such bad Indian poor customer service staff. Not suggest to go to this East Perth Post office shop.

Just opened a PO box, wanted my mail redirected from my old PO Box, offered free redirection only to find it was from residential address only, when contacted they advised if I wanted redirection from PO Box I would have to pay $60 - seriously I am a paying customer and treated like crap, in the end they offered to pay for the cost but I had to go and cancel and re apply even though the first application had the PO Box on it, they want to send the check to a residential address as they had concerns if they sent it to a PO Box it was not secure??? WTH

We have a small post office run by a couple who nothing is to much trouble NO standing in line like bigger post offices they always ask how your days is and help you with parcels & making payments.they involve you in their day.Also our local postman gives 110% top service & we reward him with a cold drink on hot days!
