There was a delivery issue with an item coming from my internet service provider, where the item was accidentally addressed to my old address - not sure why - all I needed was to contact the suburb Post Office it was delivered in to see if it was dropped off there. One number for all AusPost offices. Probably the most useless call service I've ever had to deal with. Inputting tracking numbers is a joke.
How is there not an option to contact a local post office without having to go through all that rubbish, just for the automated services to tell you to go online and sort it out.
Absolute joke of a service. I'd give zero stars if it were possible.

Recently applied my son's passport, Bradbury post office processed then received the passport well before the expected date of delivery. The delivery postie came at the door to deliver the item. He didn't ask to sign I understand due to COVID-19 touch avoidance.

I find the post office at Charlestown NSW is fantastic and always suggests the most economic means, whereas my local PO at Belmont, couldn’t care less and my post is always late with Belmont!?

Yes Australia post is under the pump but when in one of their postal outlets, you’d think if there is a line out the door, you would speed up and not talk to every single person!

The Post Office in Eltham provides outstanding attention to customers. All the staff particularly Sandy and Robyn go out of their way to ensure needs of the customers are exceeded.

This post office is truly awesome. They have looked after me and my business needs for years, with smiles and ease of trade and I have always been impressed with their positive attitude and desire to help!

Our local Australia Post office has well trained and polite staff. I make an effort to go on either a Monday or Friday as they have an elderly volunteer who loves a chat whilst he is servicing his client. It is refreshing to have confidence with their sales team and a pleasure to feel that I am not rushed.

I recently had to visit an Aus Post outlet in Lake Macquarie region NSW To obtain passport photos and the staff were super helpful with my needs. Good value for money and polite, diligent service.

I use the post office at Westfield Marion. It is usually busy but they have enough staff so you don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly and polite. I like to pay each bill individually and have the receipt stapled to the bill. This takes longer as I pay 5 bills at a time and the staff don’t mind doing this for me. It is a clean and attractive post office.

Range of products in store is amazing, good prices with sales sometimes, 'normal' postal products are well stocked, friendly, efficient service, good queue system with enough staff to make it efficient

The staff at Warwick post office are always so efficient. The line can get long often but they go through it quick and efficient. Everyone is so informative and helpful.

Staff member was too busy talking to her friend while 6 people in line waiting. I understand she was trying to help her friend but it was over the top.

I have a lot of interaction with Moruya NSW post office. The staff are excellent! Extremely helpful, and I believe the best service in the state. A pat on the back to all Moruya staff!
