I purchase IPL treatments online. It would be extremely convenient if the 'appointments' and 'make a booking' functions actually worked. Very poor website quality for 2018, this definitely needs to be improved.

I have experienced over injectors on TWO seperate occasions at the Elanora store. I’m cranky I allowed myself to go back but thought with another injector my experience would be different. This left me feeling as though there’s definitely a culture of commission/sale over customer care within these stores.

Be very, very careful about dealing with this particular clinic as the managers behaviour shows she is not to be trusted.
I paid for a series of Rf treatments and had a dreadful reaction where my face swelled so bad the doctors were concerned my skin would burst. The assistant manager was very helpful and kind and together we got through the 2 week healing process.

I bought a package of laser for full leg, brazillian and underarm in Jan 2016 from Elanora The Pines QLD Australian Skin Clinic.

My skin tone was dark so I had 6 treatments with one machine. All treatments 4 weeks apart. No pain, no redness, no problems after any treatment. In the process of these treatments I did not see any results in my hair loss. I informed the staff at every treatment I wasn't getting results.
July 2016 I was changed to a different machine due to my skin colour fade in winter.
