Front end staff very friendly, Great waiting room at rear so people in the centre cannot see who is having procedures done.The Cosmetic injector Leona was so friendly, thorough and gentle. Will definitely be my regular clinic from now on. Prices were also very reasonable.

I went here for neck line fillers, and it was horrendous! DONT DO IT- GO TO A QUALIFIED DR!!
The nurse informed me it will heal in about 2 weeks (as it was very lumpy)- 6 weeks later after going in weekly with concerns over the lumps and being told "it will go down in time" I asked for her to dissolve. Money wasted, every time I came in I felt like a nuisance- because they made me feel like it.
My neck lines are still not the same.

Mind you, the nurse had to get permission via video chat from a DR to be able to proceed with the procedure???
Be careful with injecting anything into your face, do your research and go to a DR!!

I wanted to get botox at age 52 and decided I didn't like the Nicole Kidman frozen forehead look and explained this to the Clinic nurse . Nothing much happened until around two weeks and noticeable frown lines and also opened up my eyes a bit as well . On my 2nd consultation she topped up the area and I was surprised how quick the procedure was. I went to my mothers place and she was anti botox and she couldn't tell I had it done. I said mum I had botox and she said, well you're looking healthy but I didn't know. Very happy with this and will definitely be coming back.

The girls here are absolutely amazing! I head in for skin and injectable treatments and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my treatments. Highly recommend.

Kirstin was my injector and she was awesome- her aseptic technique to reduce infection was impeccable, her constant rechecking of product and dose was very reassuring and the result was the best I have ever had. Took my money for a 6 month package and promptly shut up shop. Only offered use of package at another store 100km from my house. Being given the run around by management. Everyone is “empathising” but not acting. I would love to get a refund, but on a pre recorded message they say they don’t have my money to refund me.

Took money for a appointment that I was unable to attend and are rude and unhelpful. They give false information when booking, then tell you that the procedure doesn’t actually help certain things once you have paid a package.

The Clinic at Newmarket has unexpectedly closed without warning. I only received an SMS saying the clinic is closed until further notice 2 weeks ago. I have no received any further communication. It seems they have only been communicating with some clients not everyone which I found disrespectful. There has no been offered for a refund. I have paid for 12 treatments and had only had one treatment done. This is absolutely shameful behavior. I am fighting for my money back, as it looks that they are stealing my money.

I can’t believe this place just shuts down and their only option for customers is travelling an hour and a half to get any pre-paid procedures on the Gold Coast. This can’t be legal. And why are they closing? Dodgy!
