It is refreshing to experience their courtesies, their knowledge and insights into my car's conditions and servicing needs. I had my Ford Kuga serviced at Busselton Auto Masters and can't fault the customer service from Jason and the car service from his team. My car hasn't gone so well. Great job and highly recommend them

Charge 300 for a service and dont change air or fuel filter then want to charge extra 450 to change those 2 filters and flush break fluid.
Cannot believe this is correct at all.

Went to Kalgoorlie store and the manager would not have a quote written before the job and would not write down the issues i had on a report. Claimed they were too busy, but when I dropped the car off at 5 to 5 all the mechanics had already knocked off and I saw a game of cards on the table. Either take your time to write a report or make sure you are actually doing the job if you are that busy! When i got the invoice it did not break down the costs properly. So i don’t know how much i paid for parts and the labor? This is just a bad way to run your company. Would never recommend anyone take their car there. The manager was cocky and shameless as to try to get the most money out of me and I find it disgusting.

I had to get some written quotes for a new radiator for a manual 2002 Nissan pulsar Q. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and quoted me $690 to "Supply and fit radiator including coolant flush". No replacement hoses. Plus it comes with a bonus 6 month warranty!!! bargain. Any way I'm going to the other business that quoted me $480 with a pressure test and a 12 month warranty.

absolutely horrible service, asked them for NEW parts on our car and they only gave us reconditioned parts, leaving us with a nearly $1600 bill charging us new prices for our old parts back, as well as now my car doesn't work and i am having to call RAC to get my car going again.

0\10 would never go back here. taking these guys to court for selling un reliable parts and bad service just because they think i don't know anything about cars.

Put ute in for service in early April for a $298 service, then told cracked head etc etc, $8,000 later, refused to supply a detailed account. Now taking further action, stayed tuned.

Put wife's car into Auto Masters Mandurah, W.A with a slight miss. Service was done and two days later complete engine failure mid road. You would think diagnostic check should have shown something. I now have an engine to remove and get to a reconditioner and no car. Seriously?

45000 warranty service very helpful will go back passed on there ''nothings to hard attitude'' to my daughter, There pricing was great thanks mick and crew.
