Have had good and bad experiences at Auto Masters, the latest service cost me an extra $82 as Auto Masters over tightened the spark plugs they installed in my Falcon and cracked 3 of 4 of the insulators, causing the vehicle to misfire at high revs. Had the spark plugs replaced at my extra cost else where and all is well.

my engine warning light was on although car was purring like a kitten ran perfect Brought my Ve Calais to auto masters to put new timing chain in and plugs and coolant hoses I handed over 2500. automasters Elizabeth SA said it needed a new timing chain plugs and coolant hoses, they told me after I Paid 2500 that one of new plugs might be faulty as it has a miss and if miss don't stop after a good run bring it back in, now after 2 hour drive it hardly runs at all .tomorrow I will take it back and ask them to fix it and make it run perfectly like it did when I brought it in, I always trusted them but now I don't

Ive taken my car to the Flinders Park branch for a couple of things other than a major service. Tim Morgan has always be great - very honest and cares about his customers. He and his team are very thorough and efficient. I did try a mobile service business the previous service and they are no comparison to Auto Masters Flinders Park. Wont be making that mistake again..

I had a voucher that stated 1 free log book service includes 2 hours labour worth$200 only gave me $99 off. Complete rip off dont go there is my opinion.

Friday before long weekend took my vs ute to have fuel tank taken out to replace a hose which was cracked and omitting petrol fumes,could not drive all weekend for strong petrol smell,told to take it back Tuesday after long weekend where they must of flushed out tank bay with some strong chemical over two weeks later can`t drive ute as still smells bad causing head aches. Still trying to wash away strong smell.

didn’t change the Aircon filter, didn’t adjust the hand brake. I asked them to check noises that comes under the brake. that but they didn’t! That are very bad service

Brett at AM Baldivis was extremely helpful and saved me considerable amount of money as he persisted till he found the problem was only a switch. I had been quoted by others 10 times the amount to fix. So grateful to the whole team. Will definitely get all my business from here on

was never called and updated about a price, informed them the dash came up with a error, they took that as fix without consulting . car was in for its 40 k service and now 3 k down the line it has come up with change oil . total rip off

Scammed a Grandmother was quoted 75 for service ended up paying 725.
Complete fabrication of things needed on invoice.Older people beware these are the ones they target and seem to be ok on the younger ones.

After being a month out of my warranty for my timing belt last replacement, the wonderful gentlemen at auto masters in Gwelup replaced it with no cost. WONDERFUL!
