Once again the Pooraka team have been able to keep my 84 Toyota running by reviving the aircon which had never worked since I got it. Always helpful and pleasant.

Just had my car Serviced and would recommend to anybody. Went to Auto Masters in Tweed Heads and at a very good price was happy with what work was done. There was no call back with “I think you should have this done “ which is usually nonsense. Well done Guys. I will be back.

Askwd for service and fix check engine light. Had to ask for air filter to be changed, left with check engine light still on, report.stating one indicator flashing white( not true), right rear number plate light not working( not true) front disc rotors below specs( not true, replaced myself in March) and minus $320. Not what I would call a service. Extremely unhappy and won't be back.

Auto masters Victor Harbor. Dropped my MX5 in for service and A/C regas.
They ring me after 4 hours, differential oil needs changing. OK says I, change it please. I go to pick up the car and they have charged $110 to change diff oil. “Whoa” says I, that is way too expensive. The diff oil is checked as part of the service and if it needs changing, should cost no more than $17 which is what I paid last time it was changed. “Standard charge” they say. I took my vehicle into the bunbury store of automasters for a general service. Picked the vehicle up the next day only to find they had put the wrong fan belt and timing chain on the vehicle. Not only that but they had caused my shift locker stop working and added to that when I got home finally. Found out that they had only filled my coolant with water instead of the correct coolant. Not impressed.
Now I know why I was able to get my car serviced so quickly.
Every other. Mechanic I had to wait 3 months for a service because they were so buisy.

Matt and the crew there were so helpful and gave me an excellent service. My car was fixed in a couple of days after major timing chain issues. 5 stars

In hindsight I should have rejected the injector clean and throttle body clean, both of which are grossly overpriced.
My price was $245 originally and was called to say they recommend it .
It was now $910 which I could have said no.
The throttle body clean done the way it was done could have been done by myself for the price of the can of spray.
Engine side of flap was not completely clean when I checked
I'm suspicious of the extent of injector cleaning as there wasn't much evidence of things being touched.
All in all I had the choice to say no but at the same time feel ripped off a little

Great service and very personable team. Upfront with cost and kept informed with what is going on with the vehicle. Will be going back again and happily recommend Auto Masters Geebung

Most impressed with the work carried out on my RAV4 and in particular the friendly service offered by Boris and his staff at Glenelg. Not being mechanically minded it give me peace of mind.

Belmont Store-WA asked just the brakes to be done. They circled$200 on the service report. They charged my wife $485. She queried this as was told it was brakes and rotors( circled separately) they always do both together. Firstly there was nothing wrong with rotors as per their report and secondly there was never any discussion that both had to be done. We would have taken it somewhere else’s to have just the pads done.

The manager didn’t seem to care too much. Do not use this Automasters Belmont unless you want to be sold things you don’t need!

Would definitely recommend auto Masters modbury, Brad is a good guy, honest and helpful.... very good price and great service. They have done a great job on my power steering, alternater and fixed my electric aerial...

Great follow up work from a requested inspection, their service was excellent and attention to detail was spot on. If you are living in the Ellenbrook area would recommend going there.

I had a Service done on my car last Tuesday 24th of August .It says that my car was vacuumed, dash washed.Glossed my tyres i must need new glasses as must all of my friends We can't see where it has been done . I am 78 and it was raining very heavy i was given a lift back to my home .I was told it would take about 1 hour for the service. I delivered the car around 10am i called twice to see if it was ready i collected the car between at 2pm and 2-30pm .I then had to find someone to give me a lift back to Auto Masters to collect the car .I t...

Always take my car here they provide a great service and look after my car so well. She purrs like a kitten after being there. I need my car in A1 condition as I use it to transport clients.

$1600 for a service. Red flag when they also wanted to change the battery when the battery itself was indicating okay and still okay. I will never use Auto Masters Midland again as I feel totally ripped off and I feel they lack honesty and integrity.

I was quoted $1600.00 to replace my caddy air con compressor, I asked how much the compressor was and they told me $1200.00, I was shocked and told them to wait30m and I will get back to them, within an hour I purchased the exact Denso compressor and delivered it to them, I got the compressor for $463.00 inc gst,
They didnt care that they were charging 260% profit on the part, or more as they have better buying power than me, state 2nd in charge was useless and kept saying $1200 is fair as its RRP, no sliding scale for mark up!!!!! QUESTION EVE...

We have always found Automaaters Norwood to be forthright with their quotes & explanations of what needs to be done with our car maintenance. Trust them implicitly with the care if our cars.

Misdiagnosed fault. 5 May 21 took vehicle in to Auto Masters Spearwood and they replaced clutch kit. 21 May 21 whilst travelling North vehicle broke down approx 200kms from Carnarvon, we called Auto Masters who said to see what RAC say. RAC Mechanic advised that after 500kms clutch needs adjusting. This was done and vehicle continued without issues. 1 June 21 took vehicle back to Auto Masters to check and they adjusted the clutch stating it now looks like a hydraulic issue. 3 June 21 vehicle broke down again and had to be towed home. 4 June ra...

Took my gs Ute in for a service got it back it has dual climate control drivers side is hot passenger side is cold tried to turn off reset it nothing worked called up left a message to get a call back in regards to this problem 3 weeks still no response
