Hi David, I am planning to purchase a 3/4 cello for my daughter as she has been practicing it for months with 2/4 cello. Her teacher would like to see the instrument before buying one if possible. Do you have a store or display place in NSW?

Hi there, I have just purchased a clarinet from Axiom and in the instruction it says to remove packaging wedges. I am not sure which ones are packaging wedges and worried I might wrongly remove key pads. Could someone help eg give a photo showing what the packaging wedge looks like?

Hi. apologies, the instructions are out of date. The new range no longer has the packaging wedges so you can ignore this.
Thank you

Hi guys - Id like to purchase the violin style bass, just comparing it to others on the market. Could you please tell me if each bass gets checked before shipping?
Also, is tbe body maple, and the neck rosewood - if not what are they made of?
Finally - Has it got a warranty for exchange if its faulty in some way?

Many thanks

Donny

Hi, thinking about buying a full-size cello outfit. The price is around $400 AUD so wondering if this is good quality and last in the years to come. I also hope the string and bow quality is good as most instruments bought online have that problem. Also wondering how long is the warranted and if it is refundable. Thanks, :)

Hi Wayne. Please ignore that reference. Was just referring to the way these trems were originally set up which was to have only downwards movement

Hi,
I bought a beginners trumpet as a birthday present for my grandson. It is a beautiful instrument but I don’t know how to assemble it so that he can immediately play it. I am in Carlingford is there someplace close by that I can take it to get it assembled?
Thank you

Hi there. The trumpet does not require any assembly. All you need to do is insert the mouthpiece and oil the valves as per the instructions in the manual. Hope this helps.

Hi, I am 62 years old and decided to purchase a clarinet as I had always wanted one many years ago. I have received it, it says to remove all the packaging. My question is the packaging, is that the cork pieces or have I removed the wrong bits. Please also do you have a recommendation of a book to teach myself how to play. I can get sounds, my greyhound Lollie howls to the noise every time lol. Hoping to hear from you soon, cheers Sandy

Hello Sandra. The packing pieces are small wedge shaped pieces under the keys. They are there to prevent damage in transit. Some of our newer models actually no longer have these packing pieces. I hope this helps.
