I use MAM bottles but since Big W ceased to sell these and the teats, BABYNEST is the only place I could find the product, it’s range of spare parts, and hard-to-find items. While I have never had an issue with the products or delivery, the only issue I have is the cost of the product, it’s parts and then $10 shipping cost on top of that. However, I continue to buy the bottles and parts for my second child because of the quality product. My advice would be to order whatever and EVERYTHING you need the first time round, rather than buying a pair of $10.99 teats and then paying a $10 shipping fee on top. I cannot comment on the service as I have never had to seek it.

Originally I received the wrong colour item I ordered, have made contact and resolved the issue. Would buy from again.

I've never been much for online shopping, I find some sites are a little too confusing and the customer service on some is well non-existent. But not babynest, their website layout is easy to navigate, they have great customer service and a lot of baby products to choose from. Plus there is free shipping for orders of $100 and over. How great is that.

I often find it hard to find specific products at reasonable prices in department stores and large retailers - until, I found babynest.com.au. They have the biggest variety of baby and children's items and their prices are suitably competitive too! It is so much easier being a working mum for me to just jump online and do a quick search on their website to find the specific product I want instead of traipsing around 5 or 6 different stores to find one item! They are quick on delivery and I have always found their customer service to be friendly and relevant. Would highly recommend this site! Love how much time it saves me as well as how much money!
