Pots are fantastic, non stick pan sux
I have had my set for now nearly ten years.. My pots and steamer are the best items IVE EVER BAUGHT.. - No non stick rubbish, just stainless steel with a heavy base, so well made. They still look brand new... I highly recommend them..
Now on the other hand, the pan (with non stick coating) SUCKED.
But I've learnt, a pan is your staple.. I've tried since, Scanpan and Stonline.. Both only survived two/3 years each.. (Even with stone lines 12 year warranty)
So I highly recommend the set, I can't speak about hem highly enough.. But be prepared not to have your pan for two many years, it will eventually peel like all the others.
May 3rd 2022 Update: Best cookware set, 15 years on...
Read more I’m writing this because I’m amazed year after year this set has not skipped a beat, nor tarnished and looked a day over a year old. I’m very impressed, all made vet well, nothing is loose. There a heavy item, but you want that as there bases are thick and very durable. Only problem was I got the non stick pan as part of my set, only last two years.. but honestly I’ve come to except “fry pans” no matter what they say only last 2-3 years. I’ve tried many more fry pans after, and now we went back to the baccarat..

Questions & Answers
I washed my new baccarat saucepan as per instructions warm soapy water in the sink and put it in the cupboard, when I took it out to use it it has white spots on parts of the surface
Can I use in oven
I have owned my Baccarat saucepan set for many years and up until recently I have been very happy with the purchase and how they perform when I use them. After renovating the kitchen and adding an induction stove top, I was assured that my stainless steel saucepans with 18/10 stainless steel would be perfect for using on the new stove top as the bottom of the pans states that they are suitable for electric, gas, and induction cooking. Unfortunately they are clearly not. My saucepan has buckled on the bottom..after a rather loud bang.. which was frightening. The stove still works...so, my question is....what are these saucepans constructed out of?
