Extremely disappointing
Despite strictly following use instructions recommended for this product, the non stick ability quickly failed. It is a disappointing fail of a product that should be of high quality with good performance. In the mean time purchased a Arcosteel Stonehenge non stick fry pan from Woolworth's for a quarter of the price which is performing brilliantly.Goes to show that a celebrity endorsement is no guarantee of quality.

Food sticking in pans not worth the money
I have 3 of these pans, the food gets stuck. I followed the care and pans' operations directions faithfully. I use low heat to cook and food still gets stuck. It is sad that a promotional name got behind a poor product. I am dissapointed and will try another brand

like crap to a blanket
what a piece of crap, when I bought this frypan, said my tefal frypan started to stick and only had it 2 years, shopkeeper said I was lucky it lasted that long, they recommended this one, done every thing I was told to do to keep it non stick less than a year later cant even fry an egg let alone an omelette unless I want it scrambled, the store had it mark up with 70% off I can see why now, come back tefal all is forgiven.
