Rewarding, convenient and hassle free
Have been using this card for over 20 years with no complaints so far and happy with every aspect of it. Main points being:
Prompt response from customer service, both by phone or direct online messaging. Have up to 12 weeks from payment to request a reversal of any goods or service in dispute with a vendor and not getting a resolution.
I earn one Q-Rewards point for every $1 spent and simple to redeem online for travel, goods or cashback. I like the cashback option as I earn between $100 to $120 annually which more than pays for my $60 annu...Read more

I like the card
I think this credit card is very good but when i apllyd for it the branch didnt send the aplickashon thru strate away so i didnt get the card until a few weks later but when i did finaly get it the give you rewards after you have been useing it and you can buy things on the website with the points

Excellent
The Q rewards system linked to these cards is at least a good as flybuys (and you can still use that when you spend anyway, so you double up on points). They too have plenty of bonus partners everywhere, where you can earn 6, sometimes 10 points for every dollar you spend. If you use your card for everything, it really doesn't take too long to accumulate points. I usually end up with around $140 worth of gift cards each year for Target, Kmart etc...
NEVER had a problem with this card, go in and see them.
