ALDI Bauhn 4K UHD TV 2018 Models

Buyer beware. Our seldom used TV last only 2 years. I didn't realise they only have a 12month warranty. Quite disappointing really. Burning Plastic smell and won't do a thing. Rang support and they tell me they are not serviceable.

Bought this TV in June 2018, haven't used much but after 20 months it became faulty. Repair cost doesn't worth to be spent on it.
Ahhh not to mention that it has worst speakers in it... definitely need a seperate sound bar with it.
Picture quality is not bad though but reliability matters.

2 x BAUHN 4k TV we bought mid 2018, both broken at the same period few weeks ago and I wrote aldi in email to report this matter, so far THEY have not response

I’m having the same issue as one of the other customer reviews, had the TV for under 2 years, the screen blinks then goes completely blank and only the sound can be heard. I can literally only watch TV for 20mins at time before I need to turn the TV off, wait 10mins turn it back on to get a picture, for the picture to then disappear after another 20mins. Spoke with Bauhn and they will not replace the TV as the warranty has run out. My advice stay away and purchase another brand on the lower end of the price scale if that’s what you are shopping for.

As soon as we set up the tv a white pixel appeared on the left hand side of the screen. Plus the entire left hand side of the screen was white as though a torch was being shone on it. Then one night 6 months later the tv froze" couldn't change channels, volume etc" a technician was allocated to my address under warranty and said that it couldn't be fixed! Now 5 weeks later and the 3rd time I've been told they will pick it up no one shows up! The company always apologizes but nothing ever happens!

The tv itself is actually useless so dont buy it...Read the reviews first as I didnt...

Save yourself the pain and money and DO NOT BUY A BAUHN. Absolutely the most shottiest product out there.
Purchased a 49’ Tv from Aldi last November which was all fine and Friday just gone the screen has cracked. Nothing we have done or touched it too hard for it to crack. Notified Tempo the company and I am not eligible for a refund as it’s my fault somehow? The advise not to move or even clean your tv. Should a TV not be able to be moved and cleaned without the risk of it ‘breaking’ it’s absolutely Ridiculous. Contacting consumer affairs now regarding this as I am not happy at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DECENT REPUTABLE BRAND. NOT A BAUHN!!!!

Good picture. Easy to use. Could only fit 1 USB at a time when it has 2 ports. Problem is it only lasted 6 months. It's only $399 but thought it might lasts at lest 3 years. Got a red line going from one side to the other. Bottom 3 to 4 inch was fuzzy rest of the screen was perfect.

Low-quality TV made somewhere unknown, after purchasing in one month some dots became on the TV, called insurance Company and they been trying to replace it for the last two months without any success. Controller for the TV doesn’t work very well as well. Do not recommended this mark even it’s cheaper than other TVs

mine started to play up within warranty but then the issue resolved before I contacted them, it's now 3 months out of warranty and is going to cost $$$ to repair, it takes forever to get through to the repairers on the bauhn tv line because they have so many callers. I hardly used this TV, it was a spare in another room, please pay extra and go elsewhere, I will never buy again and will make sure I get extended warranty! my LG's have all lasted over 6 years!

Picture quality is zero, sound quality is minus zero but no matter how much I tell you its bad you will still do exactly like I did and you will go ahead and buy it, install it and then you'll uninstall it, put it back into the box and return it, well the good news its not that heavy to do all the above and you've got 60 days money back guarantee.
