Where to turn off sound on TV so I can fit optical to sound bar

I have problem please help me Need a BAUHN 55 4k ATVS55-0316 software update - accidentally ran ATVS55-0315 and now my display is upside-down. Can someone please help to flip the display to normal?
I have the Bauhn ATVS55-0316 55” 4K Smart TV and it sometimes loses the picture soon after turning it on. Occasionally it will redisplay the picture on its own but most of the time you have to turn it off wait a while then turn it on again..Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and where, who and how much it might cost?

Is it possible to connect a keyboard and mouse to this tv?. (other than a computer with HDMI)
To be honest, I never got that far. The picture and sound were so bad there was no point. It is now back with Aldi. Good luck if you are thinking of purchasing this product.
