This TV has been excellent and never missed a beat. 2020, i came back to turn the power on and it will no longer get reception. Gave it to my son to play games on. Has excellent picture, bad sound and very bad remote. I would however recommend this TV, although i probably buy another brand, know that is has failed.

I will love to watch movies and get friends to share with me watching sports together.
And will be amzed to get to teach some of my friends to operate the unit.
And i will download more apps in the unit so that it suits the latest pixels requires for some films.

I had bought three TVs from Aldi from different time and different Size.
My Bauhn 65" screen completely turn to black after few flickers after the warranty up. I had another two smaller TV - one is 42" and the other is 32" had the same problem- not working after 1 to 2 years.. I still had my old Plasma Sony TV ( bought 15 years ago and still working fine), unfortunately it wasn't a SMART TV and don't have the WIFI connection.

This product was bought from ALDI and to be honest I am very happy with my purchase. SIze of this tv fits average common room into medium size unit. Picture quality is above average but sound isnt great. need to attach sound system for better quality. 4 HDMI ports and 2USB ports enough for entry level TV.

Picture quality is much better than expected. At $799, a TV this size with 4K resolution is a steal!

Not too much motion blur when playing video games. We watch this TV from 2m away and picture quality is still really good when replaying movies over chromecast, PS4 or direct USB.

No smart function but chromecast can do more than most smart TVs anyway. Once HDMI-CEC is activated you can turn it on with your phone (Chromecast) or any other device (consoles). So convenient.

On SD TV signal however, the picture is very blurry and washed out. Only watch HD or Digital channels on this TV.

The picture quality is fine as you would expect on a current tv. It's the perfect size for our family and although we use an external speaker the built-in is adequate. There's enough ports to hook up our Apple TV and other things. I am satisfied with operating system and apps.

For $799 from Aldi I was a little worried but though if it's really bad I'll use it outside. I must admit I was shocked! It is excellent. The picture quality is great and the sound isn't bad for a large to. It's very light and easy to walk mount. Of course it's not the best tv out there, but for the price there is nothing that comes close. You would have to go to double the price plus more to get anything close. I was so impressed, I went back and bought a second one.

Size for price is fantastic, no issues with the panel. the way HDMI-CEC is implemented is a bit backwards, have to go into the menu to trigger the connected device menu - annoying as i sued a connected playstation, and to quit any application i have to get the controller or go into the TV menu. watching free to air on this size television is a bit sad, but that would hold true for most devices this size.

Ofcourse theres no point to compare it to an lg or samsung whats about 10 times the price....
Its a really good value for the money definitely worth it

The picture quality was amazing. For the price and the power it punches it is amazing. I thought for $799 for a 65" 4K tv.. what would i expect, but it outperforms anything else i've seen (unless we are talking about high end stuff). I ended up returning it within the 60 days ONLY because it was way too big lol

12 months on I am still really impressed with this TV! It has great features including easy to use smart tv internet. The picture is really good, not as great as a $3000 plus 4K but keep in mind this is a $900 TV. The warm op on turning on can take a couple of seconds but overall this TV offers wonderful value for money

Purchased TV. Turned on to find Black lines going vertical down screen. Phoned Tempo the company that deals with problems. They said I could return by my responsibility to pack it up and send to Melbourne!!
We asked for a replacement but advised they don't do this. Eventually got refund!

I purchased one of these TVs yesterday. I think the TV looks great, the picture quality is very good however the sound is a bit tinny so the speaker system could be improved. However, great value for a TV with built in DVD player. Perhaps manufacturer should make an improvement to the sound for future models.

Picture quality is ok for most people but is not great like Sony and LG OLED. But for most people this is good for 2nd TV or for people who don't care that much about picture quality.

HDMI CEC works but to return to DTV you need to select source rather than just channel up / down.

Turns off without warning sound cuts out without warning sound is very poor quality remote doesn't work all the time it changes channel very slowly cheap and nasty you get what you pay for cheap TV poor performance bad bad bad what more can I say except don't waste your money quality costs more

Fantastic TV picture quality is awesome, although the speakers could be a bit louder, I will just have to add a sound bar otherwise excellent purchase would highly recommend for the price,It has many ports so you can plug everything into it, dvd recorder portable hard drives, i do recommend to use hdmi plugs also its Smart so is Internet compatible excellent value so do yourself a favour and go right out and grab one.

As for a Aldi brand tv this does everything great sound and picture. Picture is good very clear
Have turned of speakers use my surround sound
Not a very good place for ports if its hung on wall a bit had to reach as they are in middle
Not at all smart Not much on apps that I use
One bad flaw is that its had to turn on as it is not in the middle it is on the right hand side so you have to move off chair to turn on if it was in the middle it would be better
the remote is useless very had to use

Fantastic family TV. Great General picture with all of the standard specs included. Picture is 7/10 and sound 7/10 but Value 10/10. This TV is a Solid performer without the bells and whistles of the other brands. The only issue I have is the remote. The remote can be a bit hard to operate and will require you to aquire to obtain the perfect angle for it to operate.
