Have tried to set up the Bauhn soundbar with my LG OLED Smart TV. In the process i am asked to select an manufacturer and Bauhn does not appear on the list. Can go no further with the setting up process. Am using a HDMI cable (ARC).

Phone the Aldi help line, the number is on the warranty card. It actually is not Aldi but a third party, they are very helpful.

get out the receipt and return it for a full refund!
Know the problem. Phone the help line, they are quite helpful. If they cannot fix it they will offer a replacement or refund if under warranty. I would have taken the refund as I had ongoing problems.

Use the hdmi cable connection then you tv remote will control the Aldi sound bar.
Check with the Help Desk. The number is on the warranty card. I'm sure they will be able to help you.
