Is It possible to adjust base versus treble volumes on Baum soundbar
I'm unable to hear Netflix thru the soundbar. I have the TV although NOT HD channels. I'm using the supplied Opti cable. Any help out there please?

Have you connected it using the HDMI arc cable,if so does your tv have the Arc function? Otherwise you will need to connect it via another cable!
how do you reconnect the two halves to make a single soundbar - what happens to the connecting cable

@Lance_C, reset, reboot & start again.
If basic troubleshooting doesn't resolve, contact Aldi's supplier for product replacement or money back. The device should still be under 1 year warranty (at the very least).

My soundbar is stuck on a red light with no change whatsoever. I pressed the power button on both the remote and the bar itself and there is no response or change. I have tried different things such as disconnecting the ac power supply or changing the remote's battery but it has no effect. It just stopped working one day. Any help?
We lost the remote where can we buy another.
Looks the part, bought it for when the grand kids visited, movies Xbox etc. used only for 3 visits then stopped working, but out of warranty, probably not worth repairing, too costly
I can't even set mine up. We have a sony viera TV and fetch. everything is wired, i hear the speakers and woofer go on then nothing. Don't i have to put a password in or something? Very frustrating.
