Love my Beats!

published

Everyone hates on Beats and says that they're bad quality and not worth the money, and they might be right, but I love them. From a pure audio standpoint, they're probably not the best, though they sound damn good to me. The thing that Beats have that other headphones don't have is the look. Yes, you shouldn't buy something just for the looks, but with something that I'm going to regularly have on me in public, its worth the consideration. I don't feel like having some Transformer looking Sennheisers on me in public.

Comfortable headphones

published

Really comfortable even after long wear. These headphones are very comfortable, the cushions are great, theyre not tight. I like the fact that they are wireless and can connect via bluetooth, very handy when your out and about and dont want to be tangled in wires. I bought these at JB at a good price (ask them for a deal).

Durable, Amazing sound and great quality

published

I have owned a pair of beats solo headphones for the last 5 years and I have to say they've only got better in quality over time. The bass and clarity in this model is impressive and the headphones themselves are extremely light and durable. The only problem or potential issue is that the headphone jack isn't detachable

Nothing like the Beats

published

These headphones tick every box in my opinion. The clarity and depth of the base are awesome, especially when the volume is high, which is how music should be heard. Being wireless is the selling point for me too!
Although expensive I got them on special for $100 off the RRP. In my opinion its worth the money if you can get them at the amount I did ($259).
I would recommend them!

Money well spent

published

I was extremely hesitant to purchase these due to the expensive price tag. However a store has 30% off & I couldn't resist. I use my head phones every day without fail. They are still are of absolute quality both in sound and the quick Bluetooth connection. High quality product and I would highly recommend

Really great present for anyone with a device

published

I bought these as a xmas gift. They have been used everyday. Obviously helps to keep noise down around the house but they look great and have a long battery life where 1 percent lasts for more than half an hour. Though they are expensive you get what you pay for

Good quality

published

They are good quality headphones. I bought beats for the gym to block out the gyms music and people talking. They weren't as good as I thought they would be as blocking out sound. But once turned up to a decent volume they work perfectly. I would recommend them but there are better headphones on the market.

Best sound!

published

The quality in these is great and not to mention the amazing battery life! I use these all day every day and barely have to charge them (they last 40 hours!)
They're super easy to sync and turn on and off and have convenient lights to let you know how much charge they have at any time.
Oh and they're rose gold so they look amazing and match my iphone and accessories!
I love them

100% perfect.

published

I both these in Nov 2016. They were nearly perfect. I had the occasional glitch with using them on my Mac, as they skipped a second or two of streaming music. Then they died. It was, to me, a disaster. I took them back to Apple, and they replaced them. No problems. The replacements have been 100% perfect for use on my Mac and my iPhone. The sound is good, they work all over my apartment, no loss of sound anywhere. I listen to a lot of classical music, and they deliver. Totally, totally, awesome.

Does it seem like complete rubbish, or even hatchet jobs that all but one review from every review with 1 - 3 stars are not verified purchases? Also, the one review that is a verified purchase explains that his purchase was a gift?
I know, right??
Next, a lot of there faults people are finding in these are that they're falling off the heads of owners while they're working out, when in fact they're simply not the sharpest tools in the shed in the first place by not buying the much more activity styled earbud type??

I'm thinking of purchasing a set, and I can't help but wonder why all of the lower scores recorded seem especially nonsensical and by non-verified purchases

Ok, Jason. I’m the verified buyer. Purchased 2 sets, the Black/Red & the Limited edition Mickey 90th. I too read the reviews and wonder when one is purchasing an item they need to look at all aspects. Whether it’s Beats or any other brand, headphones have their own purpose. The whole overview of this item is it’s use. The clarity is great, it’s wireless and at this stage tested to up to 3 metres, they are comfortable around the ears and head, stylish. As per previous notes, personally designed for walking, light jogging ie. everyday use. Personally, as first time a Beats users, am very happy.
Hope this has aided your question.

Thank you for the reply but no, Mortishia, no you're not. I asked about the people who rated these in their reviews of this product with 1 - 3 stars. with only one of them listed as a verified purchase, but who actually received these as a gift.

Most others who rated them higher were verified, and it's only the lower ratings that aren't verified and, as such, I was wondering if they were possibly running with agendas who're just out to slag the competition...

It just seems a little odd ;-)

I have the beats set and the right hand side has some sort of a wire problem. It cuts in and out like the wire isn't connected correctly.

Hi Charmaine,

I too have the same issue but it may just be wear/tear depending on how long you have them.

If the beats are fairly new you should be able to go back to the manufacture and get a replacement wire should it still be under warranty.

Is it worth buying and how long do they headphones last before breaking?

It’s worth it, haven’t broken them and I’ve trained in them for a while
