Love the Bed Threads range of colours and quality of linen. Particularly given the price point. But could only give 4 stars because of the lack of a proper hem on the flat sheets. But hey I can live with that.
Customer service is also fast and generous.

Great service and communication. I Purchased the terracotta queen Linen sheet set. Lovely colour and quality. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending or buying from Bed Threads again.

These sheets just feel so friendly. The fitted sheet tends to bunch up and wrinkle a little, but while this would drive me nuts with most sheets, it doesn’t bother me with these. They feel nice anyway.

Purchased fitted, flat, doona cover, standard and Euro pillow cases. Well worth the price. fast delivery and well packaged - I have repurposed the linen bags as produce bags. I purchase Moss and Lilac and very happy with the colours. Super soft and you can just tell they are going to last.

This is my second order of BedThreads Linen Sheet set! That’s how much I love them! Crumpled or ironed they are so nice to sleep in and the colours are so gorgeous!

Very nice - darker colours are softer - linen gives off extreme amount of fibre/dust - don’t have dryer - which, if I did would defeat the purpose of environmentally friendly purchase - I like the ‘mooshy’ look of loose linen

Bed Threads were incredibly attentive to my needs and provided excellent customer service - highly recommended. I have found that the linen sheets I purchased have become softer with every wash.

Love our new sheets! Great quality and so soft. The super king flat sheet paired with the king fitted sheet is perfection. Quick delivery too. Will be buying more for sure!

I ordered the ruby sheet set and the linen is so soft and comfortable. However the colour was not at all what was advertised. The sheets I received were a dark purple/plum colour, not a reddish ruby colour. This is a big disappointment for me as the main reason I ordered the sheets was because I fell in love with the colour in the photos.

I have ordered many times from this company and have never been disappointed, delivery is always quick and beautifully packaged. Linen bedding is my vice and the quality is very good. I will forever be buying from this company hereon in. My only disappointment is they don't make single sheets for my 5 kids, hopefully in the future they will get enough requests and will add single to their amazing range.

When I bought my first set of sheet from Bed Threads, I couldn't wait to buy more. i'm slowly working my way through all the colours for the whole family. They are well made, beautifully coloured and i've washed them so many times and haven't found any loose threads. Lovely customer service as well. Lots of people on here are talking about slow delivery over this Christmas but Bed Threads advised all customers due to surrounding bushfire activity that their postage might be delayed. Only piece of advice i'd give is, the Fireside candle is too strong and very very smoky smelling. still 5 stars! Will continue to buy through them. :)

Comfiest sheets...They are so soft and maintain the perfect temperature in summer and winter! We love the colours and have bought a second set so we always have bedthreads on our bed!

I ordered a full bedding set. The shipping was slow but I didn't mind. I was happy with my white queen fitted sheet, and ink pillow case however my flat sheet is so oversized it touches the floor on both sides of the bed which is a look I don't like as it's so much bigger then my duvet. The color and fabric is nice.
The charcoal duvet cover is what I don't like. It looks kind of shiny on close inspection and not natural looking like linen should. However it's good value for money.
Overall I'd order pillow cases and fitted sheets again and would check is a double flat sheet would work on a queen and fit better.

Best deal for high quality linen that I could find.

Very nice, very fresh. Wish it had ties inside the duvet cover to tie in a duvet though. That's a major flaw. Otherwise lovely :)

Ordered the linen slip and robe for my daughter for Christmas.. I needed to contact them to query an issue and their follow up customer service was excellent.. the product is absolutely gorgeous and quality is luxurious... love this company

Ordered the BYO bundle. Loved how customisable it was. Sheets arrived quickly. Colours amazing in real life. Material is soft and lovely. Sleeping like a baby. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend.

I had issues with shedding but after reading my initial poor review the owner is willing to send new sheets out and I am more than happy to do that and see how it goes. That was a very positive outcome. Thank you.
