I refer to my recent review, and wish to advise all customers that my experience has now been turned around by Rumel (Management), and I understand there have been "glitches", which have now been rectified. I can honestly advise that the products, finally received, are of a high quality, and Management have been absolutely outstanding in rectifying this issue. Beddingco purchase was late. Rang Customer Service, they were remarkably friendly and the delivery problem was rectified and goods received next day. A no hassle approach which I appreciated. Mentioned a fault I’d found in a previous sheet delivery which I only discovered after I received a fitted sheet and opened and washed. No questions asked, great approach to problem and another sheet sent and received two days later. Have purchased often over the years and have always received great product. On only two occasions I had problems, both were resolved immediately by wonderful Customer Service. Absolutely buy again.

Beddingco originally sent the wrong item (King size instead of King Single), but they sent me the right item even though I had unpacked and washed the wrong item before I discovered the mistake. Excellent customer service.

I purchased the All Season Mulberry Silk Doona and found it too hot. I needed to change it for the Summer one. I was genuinely surprised by the fabulous service given. Return postage was paid for by BeddingCo and the replacement sent out on a date that suited me. The best online experience I have had!

I recently ordered their latex mattress topper and waterproof bamboo mattress protectors. The items arrived within 2 days!
