I was very satisfied with the ring that I purchased as it was exactly as described in the sellers description and looked even better than the photographs given! The cost of the ring including the shippings price were more than reasonable and for the low cost of the ring, the quality was exceptional ! The shipping was also very fast!
Would highly recommend this seller and product !

Bought a swarovski jewelry set.
Paid for it and postage.
It never turned up, the only way of contacting them is through email and there is no phone number. They only sent a confirmation email to say they have received my email, they never actually replied.

All the other reviews on here are fake reviews made by the owner.

July 9th 2022 Update: I'm a return buyer! I love these!

This is the second pair of earrings I have purchased. The first pair was for myself and the second pair was for my sister. These exceeded my expectations and I wear them casually and dress-them-up. Shipping was quick and the product was exactly as described. I wouldn't hesitate in using this seller again!

I got a beautiful ring with an enchantingly attractive purple stone adorning it. The ring fits me well and matches with all my outfits. It is simply the best buy.

I received a beautiful silver heart necklace from Bella Boutique - an embellished hollow heart filled with diamontes! It is stunning! The size of the pendant is perfect, not too large, and whilst the necklace is a little long for me (short girl!) it is well made and I gifted the chain to my sister, who it fits perfectly. The crystals are glittery without looking fake and it was overall a solid purchase.

I received my bangle....unfortunately it doesn't fit...I lodged a request for a return was emailed back to state that the sizing of bangle was on site...it was not. I have made several attempts to return the item via email and phone calls ......
I am now stuck with a lovely looking bangle that does not fit. Thanks Bella boutique.....you have a lot to learn about CUSTOMER service I will never purchase from your company again

When I received my bracelet, I straight away loved it. I wore it and my husband commented and said it's nice, you can wear it when you are going out on a special occasion or day. So certainly is I will be wearing it alot.

The earrings from Bella Boutique arrived quicker than expect and were nicely packaged in tissue paper ...and absolutely adorable!

The little silver heart-shaped dangling pieces have a bit of weight to them, which is great as they weren’t thin or flimsy so I don’t have to worry about them being bent out of shape after a few wears, and the ‘LOVE’ engraving was very neatly done and consistent on both earrings. The aqua marine stone gives the earrings a nice pop of colour and compliments the hearts.

Really love the fact they are also lead, nickel & cadmium free as I have really sensitive ears, so I won’t have to worry about reacting after only wearing them for a short time like I have with earrings from other brands.

I love this necklace! I was so excited to receive it in the mail today. It is a delicate piece with a classic style, it will be a lovely addition to my daily look. I think I'll be wearing it everyday! The quality is great and the diamante are set into the metal very well.
