This was purchased as an Xmas present from Harvey Norman. While it did massage a bit, the heating function was weak to non existent, and the rollers didn't quite reach all the way up the shoulder/neck region.
The major issue however was that after just 2 months of use the remote stopped working and the device would not turn on. It was not worth replacing or repairing so I just got my money back. It cost over $400. So for that price is should have been a lot more robust and useful.
