Best device ever made for fixing back spasms

published

Bought it from HN for $129 about 8 months ago. Use it quite a bit. No need for pain meds just use it set it to heat which is a warm soothing then set it for upper, middle, or lower back. Also has up/down arrows where it moves 2 and a half turns up or down in that specific area.

Save a fortune in physio visits.

Purchased in October 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$129.00.

Bad back cure

published

We initially bought the Homedics foot massager which we were unhappy with and exchanged it for this. The build quality is excellent and the infrared balls really get toasty hot. There are a myriad of settings to suit all ailments. The pressure is firm and the types of massages are highly customisable. Very pleased so far!

Purchased in October 2021 for A$199.00.

Horrible!! Didn’t last 7 months. Stopped working

published

Stopped working after 7 months and they made me pay for shipping cost back to them. Will never purchase this brand name as the life span for a $200 unit and it doesn’t last. I was advised they would pay for shipping back to them and now they advise they don’t cover the shipping. Horrible product horrible customer service.

Great little machine

published

Very happy with this purchase. There are only a few things that are disappointing. Virtually all these chairs are small and not suitable for tall people. It doesn't really massage the neck and shoulders. Rollers are pretty brutal at first and can leave you sore for a few days, but once the kinks are ironed out this thing makes your back feel great. It has a wide range of functions including heat vibrate, roll and knead and a few program modes. You can change the width and stay on a particular spot but mostly use it for knead and vibrate because the remote can be tricky to operate, some button combinations don't go together and it is not that intuitive.
