I ordered an electric step through bike from Bicycles Online and it is not only a very well priced bike, it is well put together, and wonderful to ride. It brings me much joy, convenience, exercise and fun.

Bought the polygon trid zz slope bike. The bike was delivered within 2 days and the bike was perfect for my riding style. Very happy with the whole buying process.

Do not use this website. They sell bikes with cheap Chinese parts instead of shimano then don't reply or validate the warrants on faulty parts. Admitted fault n won't reply to emails

The pop-up advertising for their bikes has lower prices than their actual store and has done for over 2 weeks. This is misleading and a poor approach to business which caused me to shop elsewhere. The products themselves are ok though based on a previous purchase.

This a a really great kids bike. Has gear levers instead of those terrible hand grip changing system, and also comes with disc brakes. Overall I was really impressed with the quality of the bike.

I'm on the larger side of the cycling fraternity and it's going great. I used to ride a bit PC (pre-children), but have had a 16 year lay off since. Using this for more exercise, but of course I need to get my fat bahookie on it more. Easy delivery, easy assembly, even as the sun started to go down. One of my kids is eying it off, so after I drop of few of the old kgs it might be time for me to upgrade. 5 stars!

I brought a Polygon bike for my daughter’s birthday. Very impressed with speed of delivery, well packaged and clear instructions to complete setup. I have now purchased 3 more bikes for the rest of the family

The Polygon Cascade 3 MTB is well built with quality parts and workmanship. It rides beautifully smooth without any issues.
Assembly was simple and nicely package comes with all the tools that you've need.

The second bike I’ve bought from bicycles online. My 8 yr old son loves his new polygon relic. The upgradable wheels and 1x gear system make this an excellent bike for growing kids!

Delivery took just 1.5 business days, and the support videos to assemble were great. Fantastic bike with great service, would recommend to buy with confidence and will use bicyclesonline again.

Bike was easy to assemble. There were some minor adjustments needed for my riding style. Ie, brake leaver and handle bar position, suspension set up. Had it all sorted in under an hour. Awesome bike, first ride blew me away. 29” wheels roll over everything and it’s really fast both up hill and downhill. Really comfortable riding position. Love the dropper seat post.

I was a bit worried about buying a bike online rather than in a physical store especially with it being interstate but there was no need to worry at all. I picked the bike out thanks to informative descriptions & others reviews. It arrived within a few days which is amazing considering it was New Year, it was well packed, not even a slight mark on it. I had a few questions after I received it regarding assembly & the staff on the phone were very helpful. The bike itself is packed with features & is of a high quality with extras like front & rear lights & a rear rack. A great price too!

Purchased Xtrada 7 from bicyclesonline. Good bike however there was an issue with rear hub not long after purchase. After over month of back and forth with their resolution centre, I was advised that anything to do with the rear hub is not a warranty issue but a maintenance issue. Bike was ridden lightly till rear hub became defective. Rear hubs are supposed to last a long time before having to be rebuilt/regreased, apparently not according to bicyclesonline. Bikes seem pretty good however purchase at your own risk if you believe that there will be any customer support should something go wrong with your bike......

I have had a great positive experience shopping with bicycles online. This is my third polygon i have purchased for the family and i can't fault them. Awesome value and quality for money.

Great bike will definitely be buying our next one from bicycles online. The brakes and gears work perfectly my daughter loves it. Easy to ride and will be recommending bicycles online

Good pedal for someone transitioning from flats to clips. Easy to clip in/out. Needed to elevate the binders so my shoes (Fly Racing Talon MTB) would clip in. Rotating pedal so binder is up is effortless.

Topeak Ratchet Rocket - 15 Functions Tool is very compact & high quality tool that comes in a weather proof case that can be mounted to your bicycles frame. Brilliant. Just dont lend it to your friends?! I've had to replace mine after doing just that.

Quite honestly there is nothing that would improve the experience I had. Purchased online with a couple of uncertainties around specs (size of frame etc). However, after discussion with one of your online consultants any concerns were allayed. I purchased online and received and had easily assembled within 48 hours. Runs like a well oiled machine. I was also kept well informed re despatch and delivery. Exceptional product and service.

Purchased a Polygon Xtrada 6. First problem; Took Over a month to arrive. Second Problem: Upon inspection there was a huge chunk scratched out of the front fork back to raw metal. They offered me $30 dollars in compensation and refused to send a replacement fork and have someone install. Alternatively they offered a replacement with the next shipment due in three months!!! Customer service has been very poor. Have demanded a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unbelievably bad experience. Beware before purchasing.

The purchase and whole experience was just easy, all the details are there and easy to find and my bike was delivered in new condition no dramas and super fast. So much easier than dealing with some face to face shops!

Easy to use web page & ordering. Delivery wasnt working out (my problem, not theirs) so customer support & the warehouse team were flexible & worked out a solution. Refreshing to have helpful people able to adapt processes to ensure a good result.

Bike was quite straightforward to assemble. Importantly my daughter was able to help & be a part of assembling her new bike, adding to her pride & responsibility owning a really nice bike. Noise in the front disk brake was normal and gone in less than 20 minutes of riding as the brake pads settled in. Couldnt be more satisfied.

Before buying, I chatted with Ferd who is from customer service to clarify few things and he was very helpful. May be it is not always but I received the bicycle with some minor scratches. I chatted back with the same gentleman Ferd and provided photos of the scratches. He was very professional and without any fussy questions, he apologized and arranged to replace the bicycle. I'm really happy with the customer service.

I did a few rides with the bicycle so far it is excellent.

I thought giants were the be all end all but the Siskiu I can ride all day.
So happy I made the choice!

The bike arrived in a couple of days, was a breeze to assemble and is a joy to ride. It will be heading along the Munda Biddi soon and I am confident it is the right machine to carry me. Life time warranty on the frame gives extra peace of mind
