I'm disappointed that this product doesn't dissolve and the powder gets caked into the front loader dispenser unless mixed with water and poured in while water runs into the machine. I mix it in a jar and shake it but it's not dissolved. Clothes are clean . I won't buy powder again. The liquid is ok.

Tried this for the first time today. I've been looking for a new laundry detergent with a fragrance that's light and fresh and I think this is it! Cleans well and smells great!

This is great product, cleans really well, even in cold water. There is no overpowering smell. I’ve use it for years no complains whatsoever. A little goes a long way. Highly recommend for everyday washing.

all clothes except woollen jumpers and blankets. cleans pretty good, my main gripe is no scoop okay plastic reduction okay, why not put cardboard scoops in or a wooden one. when i finished a packet of attack the scoop and box goes into recycling bin to be recycled. i notice attack you have not passed on the savings to consumers still costs the same price so who is ripping off who. i ask you.

I’ve used this product for many years. It does a very good clean, is economic to use and doesn’t have a overpowering odour or perfume. It doesn’t have a softener included in it so washed items like towels will feel rough.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy using our product.

I live with my husband and my 16 yr old grandson. We have a fair bit of washing including my husbands bike gear and my autistic grandson’s obsession with requiring everything washed every day and his fluffy blankets every second day. I have a front loader and I must say BioZed is an amazing product that can be used on everything without causing any skin irritations and making the clothes clean and fresh. I purchase it in the buckets and use the recommended amount and find it economical as well. I have tried every brand over many years and am pleased to have found a product that removes stains and cleans extremely well.

I was won over by Biozet when it removed purple coloured bird poop from white towels that had been left on the clothesline. I made a paste and left on the stains, then washed as usual.
Odd that there is no scoop, but a good decision from an environmental perspective.

No Scoops in the powder anymore!!! I noticed Christopher H's Review on 30 Mar 2021, & now seem to have an answer for the missing measuring scoop. At first I thought it must have been a batch error, that the ones I was buying from my local supermarket were just missing them by mistake.
I have used this product for years & years & have been very happy with it. Like Christopher, I too would have collected a few, if I had been made aware that the manufacturer had decided to omit this measuring device. I have now used 6 boxes, using the same sc...

Hi Lea,
Thank you for contacting Biozet Attack - a laundry brand that enables you to live life; not laundry....
Read more As you know we have recently removed our plastic scoops from our 1KG and 2KG powder formulations after consumers reached out suggesting to reduce the amount of plastic we produce. We took to social and asked your consumers if they wanted to go scoopless, we listened and removed the plastic scoop. We appreciate the time you have taken to share with us your feedback. If you'd like you are able to dedicate a tablespoon from your household to use for all your laundry needs. 3 spoonful's = a normal load. The measurements on the side of the pack have also changed. Alternatively, we have created a paper spoon to send out to our consumers still preferring a scoop however this will not be plastic. Simply email the team at [email protected] to send you one.- 3 reviews

we purchased this product as it was on sale at a very attractive price and stated that there was a built in softener..
unfortunately our clothes came out scratchy and not at all soft and fluffy as per the marketing spiel..
we persevered through a whole large container to see if there was any improvement but unfortunately no..!!
sorry Mr Biozet..

I recently purchased several more boxes of BioZet, only to discover the scoops were missing. I contacted them and they said they had stopped providing them now. First I have heard and I scrolled back to Nov on their socials and there's no notice about this, or on/in previous products, or any PR campaign. This is an obvious cost saving for them, but inconvenient for consumers that could have saved scoops leading up to their decision.
Moreover, I was astounded to be told by the company, that i could use a tablespoon!!! So they want me to use my kitchen cutlery to scoop out their product?
Are they going to use that in their next ad campaign - because its a cracker!!!
Seriously - this is a product and PR fail for them, fix it.

I was a bit disappointed after giving this powder wash a go after I got it on sale; well after that I had to buy new clothes that "Look New".
I've liked the fact that it's strong in the beginning but then realised that it's ageing my new clothes like 5-10 times; Oh and just the look of the colour fading/ bleach can tell
Powder didn't work amazingly on odours as expected and I would soak those Sporty wears in hot water but would still be smelly after the wash. It does remove certain types of grim and dirt after soaking but however it tarnishe...

Questions & Answers
Hi, has anyone got a solution for removing the built up residue in the dispenser drawer? It’s like cement!
(I now just use it in the machine directly)
I’ve tried bicarb + vinegar, hot water, putting in dishwasher, using a butter knife to move, even scalex - nothing is removing it.
This product created significant foam in my washing machine (a Front Loader). Despite stating on the front that it is suitable for Front Loaders and HE machines. I do not think this is the case at all. I have to do 2x rinse cycles and there is still soap left over that's not been removed well enough. I should have stuck with my tried and tested product and never purchased this.

I'm finding biozet powder is not dissolving properly and it has ended up forming a very hard rough layer that is bonded to the dispenser. This results in more clumping and sticking each time I use it. Is there something you can recommend to clean out the dispenser? I've tried vinegar and scourer but it still won't come off.
