Not had the problems of others. Used it about 8 times. Certainly brings out mucky water from the carpets. Glad we bought the larger model as small one which we borrowed from a friend was very good but too small for our place. Impressed with the quality and easy to clean after use, but best to do say a half day at once rather than a little bit as cleaning takes time to do it properly.is

Well I purchased the cleaner today.
Unfortunately the cleaner does not get Into the texture of my carpet leaving black filth in the pattern.
Gave it another go, perhaps a few more Cleans might get a better job done.
Shame I can't supply a photo. Bugger.

I purchased the carpet steamer only a few months ago. Worked brilliantly at first then water no longer sprayed. I emailed Bissell as Godfrey's (from whom I purchased it) said " not their problem, refer to Bissell".
Bissell sent me a copy of the name of the parts and suggested what it might be so I could fix it!!!

In other words - like Godfrey's, Bissell not interested.

I will never go to Godfrey's again or purchase Bissell product.

Great product . Have had one for over 10 years but found when I moved to northern Victoria that some plastic and rubber components just disintegrate in the heat over a period of time.

I had to have my Pro heat all rounder repaired because it stopped spraying water - guy ended up replacing pump & advised me to ALWAYS pump clean hot water through (no detergents) after you have finished cleaning. Apparently the shampoo dries sticky inside the pump & prevents it from working. Have been doing that ever since & so far no problems! I rarely use the shampoo I usually just use clean hot water & my carpets come up clean!

This is an awesome carpet cleaner. So light weight and easy to use with excellent cleaning power. Easily got rid of old stains and no fuss changing to the upholstery tools. Would definitely recommend it!

I have just purchased, after reading many positive reviews. I have cleaned my carpets, rugs and lounge and it has done a fantastic job. As good as any professional clean that I have had in the past.

Bought machine directly from Bissell. It sat in cupboard for some months prior to use. It sprays very well, but no suction. Still waiting on Bissell to return my call. What a waste of money!

,I haven't had my bissell for long at all as it was purchased in November this year 2017.
I have cleaned 2 bedrooms when I first bought it home and went to clean my lounge room floor and lounge suite. It would not pump out any water what so ever. My husband tried for 4 hours to get it working and we went through numerous tanks of water and detergent to no avail.
So I am not happy at all and when I needed it the most I couldn't use it and had to get a professional cleaner in. What a waste... I have been told to send it back to Melbourne.. lets see how we go....

Damaged upon arrival. Bissell sent a new replacement head 2 mths later and it was a filthy used one, preowned obviously. Really bad experience, would not buy that brand again. Ended up taking this unit back to the store where purchased as Bissell finally agreed to replace the unit completely!
