The whole process of applying for my policy was so easy. All the information was there to make an informed decision. It was an easy online process and great value for what I needed.

My phone contact seemed to not be interested and had other things on their mind. Seemed to end the conversation half way through and me left on the other end wondering what happened. Then recieved an email saying I can't get insurance through them. I have a small home based retail business that I sew household items and sell them. I also make and sell soap.
I replied to the email and told them how unhappy I was with the service and still no reply. Very frustrating and not very happy at all. I don't know maybe they have their sales quota this month and I lucked out.

Good value insurance, easy to set up and helpful advice when I rang with some questions. I feel confident in my choice of insurance which is important as a new business owner.

It not about the price, but the services was excellent and beyond. I am quite busy with the business but the team is very patient. They contact me to arrange the time available to me. Very supportive and understanding.

Needed PI Insurance and found BizCover easy to set up and follow as well as it had the best value for money. Have not needed to make any claims so cannot say what customer for this would be like. Hoping it would be easy and stress free

I have never claimed anything from the insurance companies but it was easy to obtain the certificate of currency I need for renewing my licence. But I suppose they should be good and helpful in case anyone needs them too.

The policies that I needed to set up my business were clearly explained and were the best value for money from a number of comparative insurance websites. The support staff who followed up on my queries were respectful and helpful.

Wrong information given and forced me to make a payment before I could see a breakdown of all the fees I am paying. Apparently they charge a ridiculous platform fee and monthly recuuring fees. Much cheaper if you get covered directly through the insurance company or through a different agency !!!

the agent gave me few options to choose from. at first it was just few then after i spoke to him (theo), he then made corrections and taylored the right policy for me.

A guy named George was so helpful honest and polite.He talked me through what i needed and got the best deal for my food truck insurance .

The policy options and comparison of premiums was very useful. This enabled me to select the right policy for my small business at an affordable premium. Website is easily navigable and simple to use. Available payment options are also a plus.

Easy and helpful setting up policy no claim lodged as yet but polite and quick to respond to questions dont know what else I could write should not be a thirty word review to long

I have used this service and recommended it a number of times as it provides a useful abd efficient service for basic insurance needs. The operators are helpful when dealing with them directly and prices / quotes feel competative.

i cancelled my insurance with them, but they continued to take out my funds from my account a month later. they are a hard sell business as well, their Product itself is not great, other companies out there who do a better job. they couldn't help me in the end, and deducted funds illegally!
