Overall, a good experience with Blinds City. Competitive pricing for good quality PVC blinds. Early on in the process, we did feel a little concerned with the customer service - as there were a lack of response via SMS. However, things were resolved fairly quickly when communicated via email. Just slightly inconvenience that I had to continuously follow up on behalf of my mum, since she's not the most computer literate person. Word of advice... look after your customers the way THEY want to be communicated. ;-)

Blinds City were fantastic to deal with. They handled everything very professionally from order to install. Very happy with the finished product and felt the whole service was very reasonably priced.

Ordered the diy eco plantation shutters for 2 front windows of a Californian bungalow (bay window and a large sash window) a few months ago.

Very happy with the quality of the shutters. Measurements were exact as specified (they allow 4mm so you need to caulk). Easy enough to install yourself if you have some basic skills.

Online order details are easy to navigate. Pierre and team are excellent to deal with.

Didn’t quote around to compare prices, but seem good value based upon a Google of what it usually costs per sq m.
