Great customer service, really happy with everything we had installed, blockout curtains, plantation shutters & roller blinds all look great.
Will definately be calling back when the time is right to finish off the rest of the house.

We bought sliding panel blinds to cover a very wide window with double sliding doors. The blinds are very good quality. Much better in terms of quality (and price!) than our previous blinds which were from Bunnings. They were also easy to install, and look good too.

We ordered blinds for our entire house. Initially the measurements taken were all wrong and subsequently what we initially received was not suitable. Pierre worked hard to sort it out for us and have the blinds re-made and installed in a short time frame. Very happy with the blinds and the final result. Installer was excellent. Pricing was also very good.

My whole house of 16 panels and 2 curtains done and dusted in under 3 hours, and they cleaned up after themselves! Couldn't be happier with my Aussie made panels and curtains! Overall, a good experience with Blinds City. Competitive pricing for good quality PVC blinds. Early on in the process, we did feel a little concerned with the customer service - as there were a lack of response via SMS. However, things were resolved fairly quickly when communicated via email. Just slightly inconvenience that I had to continuously follow up on behalf of my mum, since she's not the most computer literate person. Word of advice... look after your customers the way THEY want to be communicated. ;-)

Blinds City were fantastic to deal with. They handled everything very professionally from order to install. Very happy with the finished product and felt the whole service was very reasonably priced.
