I have lost just about 5 kg in the last month of my baby weight. You must take this with food though or the chilli in it does give you an upset tummy. I really like it that you can take it just before, during or just after a meal as the weight loss tablets that you need to take half an hour before working are really not suitable for a mum of 6 month old twins as I can eat when I get the chance and still take a melt. They are reasonably priced too at only around 25 dollars for a months supply (if you shop around)
