Hi, I started the BT system 5 weeks ago, in the first week I lost 900 grams, I was a it disappointed I weigh in tomorrow and feel that I have lost weight in the first 4 weeks lost 3kg, I feel healthier than I ever have and have followed the diet exactly! I am thinking about starting again the detox phase to try and kick start my weight loss goal again as I have 15 kegs to lose and many others have lost 3-5 kegs after the first week! Any suggestions? I also use the BT snacks once only and never during the PO day! Look forward to any advice JW
I lost 3kg in the first week of the BT diet and since then have only averaged about a kilo per week in weight loss. There was a couple of weeks where I didn't lose anything which was a little dissapoi...
Read morenting but at the time I was too busy with work to do my 30 min walk everyday and I think that was the reason why. I also follow the diet exactly. My advice is to make sure you ARE doing the exercise part, and if you hit a plateu (excuse spelling) with your weight loss then try the detox phase again. I went off the rails a bit for a couple of weeks as I was on holidays, I didn't gain any weight during this time but didn't lose any either - when I got home I did the detox phase again and am now back to very slowly losing about a kg a week (sometimes less). I guess everyone's body works differently and that's why some people lose weight so fast! My goal is to lose 12kgs, so far I have lost 7 - keep up the good work and be patient, it may take a bit longer but believe me it will come off!!Can you still have coffee being decaf or full strength?
It's funny you ask that cause that's one thing I absolutely cannot give up! Apart from the obvious reasons you shouldn't have too much coffee I still have my cappuccinos every day 2-3 of them with ski...
Read morem milk but use a sweetener not sugar. I despise decaf. The milk obviously has sugar (carbs) which you're not supposed to have too much of but I still follow the programme in every way and it still works.Hi there. Is loose bowel movements common on day three? I feel this maybe due to the body detoxing.
Seems to be the norm. Stick with it. I am also on day 3. I did this once before and it does work. My problem is I love food and work around it all day. Plus spirits mixed with soft drink :)
It worked...
Is there dairy involved in this diet And can u leave it out and it sill work?? Does the weightloss depend on how over weight you
Are or do u still loose 5kg in 7 days even
If your not over weight???
You can leave it out and I imagine you would probably have better results if you did... Bodytrim recommends you keep your dairy intake low while trying to lose weight. I assume the comment about losin...
Read moreg 5kg in the first week applies to anybody? It didn't work for me though, I only lost three. In hindsight its possible I didn't drink enough water. Bodytrim is really enjoyable - it's not as restricting as most other diets and promotes healthy whole foods with low sugar/carb content. I hope this helps!Hi Binka,
There is only dairy if you want dairy. For example; i have 3 weetbix with lite milk and protein powder on the mornings im really hungry. Also with tea and coffee. You could leave out if you ...
I really want to try this product but have never done anything like this before, ive been to gym and ate healthy but because i didnt see the results i gave up and have gained more weight. please can someone tell me how it works and if it is worth me trying
It is worth trying! I have had family and friends who have all lost considerable amount of weight on the Body Trim diet – but as with all diets, you do have to be determined and stick to it. You have ...
Read morea few days at the beginning of the week for “Protein Detox”, all you can eat is protein, not even fruit or vegies. After 2 or 3 days you then move to weight loss stage where you are still eating regimented 3 meals a day with 3 protein snacks, but you are able to eat salads and fruit in the morning (still low carbs). On the final day of your choice (Saturday or Sunday) you have 2 free meals to eat anything you want! This is a great way of stabilising your weight, and keeps you sane! I do think this is a great diet plan, but way over-expensive for what you buy, which is a couple of DVD’s and a book. If you do buy the pack, purchase it from a local chemist, not online as my experience has been bad. If you're not into regimented meals times, check out the Paleo/Caveman diet. Hope this helps.Thank you so much for your advice, i do agree it is way over priced. i cant affored to do it so i printed off some healthy meal recepies. as i work different shifts at work its hard for me to have reg...
Read moreular meal times and to be bothered to cook when i get home because im so tired. which is how i have gained all this weight... thank you for taking your time to give me a helpful answer.Have you tried Anette Syms To Good to be true cookbooks, there are great recipes which you can make, devide into plastic containers and freeze for days you can't cook also good to grab one out of the freezer and take to work

Hi Keith78. It's just an eating and exercise plan. The eating plan consists of protein, vegetables, salad etc. Not much in the way of carbs, not much dairy, not much fruit and no sugar. Whilst in ...

Read morethe weight loss phase you have one free day a week when you eat the type of food you like, and this is where you can have an alcoholic drink, carbs, fruit etc. It isn't difficult to follow. If you watch the dvd's and follow what is said, it scientifically makes sense. Because of arthritis in my knee I am not that active although I do what I can, and it's working for me, probably a little more slowly, but my clothes are definitely looser. The beauty of this plan is you only have to do 30mins of walking a day.this plan is so much more than pills etc. THERE ARE NONE!!! Thats whats excellent about this, you lose weight the REAL way and eat REAL food. i managed to lose 24kg in one year, stopped for a while ga...
Read moreined 4kg back but now ive recapped my goals and restarted, opnly 10kg to go! which will probably take around 6-7 months :PIs Bodytrim just another high protein, "eat lots of small meals" diet?
It is high protein with 3 mains and 3 snacks, and more snacks if you need it, which all include protein, but the snacks are half sized cf mains. The first three days are protein only, but then you ad...
Read mored salad/vegetables and eg. for breakfast I have 2 weetbix, milk and protein powder mixed in. You also have one day off, I find I really enjoy that eg have 2 glasses red wine ie whatever you want within reason obviously.Once you buy bodytrim and join their online forum which is free for the first month, how do you stop it so they don't keep charging your credit card without consent?
You use to be able to do it online in the membership area as you can waste days trying to get through on the phone. Don't know why they changed this.
You have to ring and get it cancelled. Ended up paying for an extra 3months of 'membership' that I didn't want. Body Trim are not very honest people.
What are the best things to eat for snacks?
I only eat protein snacks such as eggs, low carb protein bars, nut's, deli cold meat etc... it seems to work for me, but you will find that once you start your meal size will reduce even when your eating 6 meals a day :) hope this helped.
Hi how much does this system cost? Is it an ongoing cost and does it rely on exercise as I am unable to do a lot due to a medical condition limiting movement but would love to lose weight to help mobility.
hi i paid $149 up front but im sending it back as i am so angry with their customer service .
Its about $150 for the system which includes a helpful reference book and 4 cd's to play in the car.
They don't recommend much exercise in the first month, but recommend you walk 10,000 steps per day...
I was wondering if anyone could inform me of what kind of foods do you eat on this plan? how does it all work is it a high protein diet etc.?
This is a high protein/low carb diet; you are allowed some carbs eg fruit at breakfast. The good thing is you have a cheat day on which you can eat what you love for two meals but keep to protein snacks.
I was just wondering whether bodytrim works well for those who only have 5-10kg to lose rather than larger amounts?
Seriously Bree, try the greenteax50 product. You'll save $150 bucks, lose the weight and get a better product that's actually good for you. Bodytrim sucks!
