I am thinking about starting again the detox phase to try and kick start my weight loss goal again as I have 15 kegs to lose and many others have lost 3-5 kegs after the first week! Any suggestions? Ring and ask

You use to be able to do it online in the membership area as you can waste days trying to get through on the phone. Don't know why they changed this.

You have to ring and get it cancelled. Ended up paying for an extra 3months of 'membership' that I didn't want. Body Trim are not very honest people.

I only eat protein snacks such as eggs, low carb protein bars, nut's, deli cold meat etc... it seems to work for me, but you will find that once you start your meal size will reduce even when your eating 6 meals a day :) hope this helped.

Hi how much does this system cost? Is it an ongoing cost and does it rely on exercise as I am unable to do a lot due to a medical condition limiting movement but would love to lose weight to help mobility.

I was wondering if anyone could inform me of what kind of foods do you eat on this plan? how does it all work is it a high protein diet etc.?

This is a high protein/low carb diet; you are allowed some carbs eg fruit at breakfast. The good thing is you have a cheat day on which you can eat what you love for two meals but keep to protein snacks.

Seriously Bree, try the greenteax50 product. You'll save $150 bucks, lose the weight and get a better product that's actually good for you. Bodytrim sucks!
