Purchased clothing from them on the 11th April. Paid express shipping at $20. They advertised that express shipping takes 11 business days. Almost a month later and no update it hasn't left their warehouse! They do not reply to their emails! On Facebook you get an automated message telling you sorry we don't refund and you have to wait!! They are scamming people do not buy from here!

I am a size 16 and was trying to find blue jumpers which wasn’t easy to find. Went on boohoo and they had 2 styles, first jumper they had in my size 16 and the second one they only had in a size 20. So I ordered both thinking the size 20 I can use as an oversized jumper. Received jumpers and the size 16 fits perfectly and the size 20 is too small. Double checked the tag thinking wrong size sent but nope. Also trying to get in contact is a nightmare.

You will need to be careful with some things you buy from them. The quality isn’t to great with some things. Overall it’s okay but not the best. I have been a long time shopper but some of my recent purchases haven’t been the best. I wouldn’t say it’s true to size either.

1. Bought dress wrong colour.
2. Followed instructions to return and paid relevant fees at post office.
3.NO REFUND OR EMAIL BACK!!!! RIP OFF. All I wanted was a different colour for my wife.

Ordered 9 items of clothing, over 2 weeks later I receive an email saying “my returned items have been received and a refund has been processed“. I never even received my items, they never left the warehouse according to my tracking, so now they are refunding the purchase amount but are pocketing the shipping costs. Will never ever shop with this scamming “business” again.

I have bought a few things off Boohoo, every time there has been an item that I have bought that has not fit me I have returned it with no issues at all. They have a 90 day guarantee which makes it so much easier to find time to get to the post office without having to stress out about a 30 day deadline

Some Boohoo clothes are nice but their SIZING is way OFF.. More like ASIAN SIZES. A size 32 is more like a size 30. Size 32 pants don't even measure 15 inches across the waist band.
So if you are a medium (32-34) I would suggest to order a large as their clothing is smaller by about 2 inches.
Contacting them is hard via the website and if you do manage to send off an email you do not get a reply. So much for their auto response emails stating to "hang on as you will get a reply within 24 hours." YEAH RIGHT!!
Waste of money. Sending items back to the UK would cost more than the items itself.

Found website, ordered 3 blazers .... looked beautiful on website but so disappointed when weeks later parcel finally arrived! Fabric in all 3 was cheap and very thin ... poorly shaped and 2 were too small while 1 was too big ..even though I ordered the same size for all items. Rubbish products ..have thrown them out ... wouldn't insult charity shops by donating them. Be very, very careful!

Easy app to use however some clothing isn’t always like the picture and plus size clothing has less of a range. Shoes have never been delivered when ordered. The refund is also really hard to get from them as they say they have to wait so many days even if it’s already been that many days.

Very disappointed with the order I placed and then got lost after I spent another $12.00 to return it at the post office. The package came and the materials used were very cheap and nasty. I then requested to have these items returned. A month went by and the money never came. I then contacted them and their response was "these never came to our warehouse" I can not reccomend them nor will I ever be placing an order with them ever again. I strongly suggest to move on to another company that actually cares about you. And not in this to con you for your money !!

After placing my order of 4 items (3 x clothing items and 1 x pair of earrings) I was then sent an order confirmation. A few days later was sent an email saying all items were dispatched. Then a few more days was then sent an email saying they will refund 3 x clothing items since they were out of stock. How can items be dispatched then say it is not in stock!? So I ended up having to pay $5.99 postage for a pair of $4.80 earrings which was the only thing in stock! They should refund my postage as well as i wouldn't have placed my order based on a pair of earrings.

I've ordered a few times from boohoo and its just not consent. Either it's really good or really bad. The pictures on the website look different from what you get, so its a bit confusing when you get your stuff and its not quite the right colour

Great style of clothing for plus size. Material is nice. Sizing is one size smaller than usual but WHY has the cost of standard shipping gone up from $8.99 to $10.99?

Clothing is becoming cheaper and cheaper in quality every time I purchase items. The sizing is way off. Sometimes to big, sometimes to small. If you’re going to offer plus sizing, at least make the items long enough to cover our vaginas.

The size 20 is no bigger than a size 16. It’s very tight fitting and a real size 20 would not fit into this top. So do not buy unless you buy at least 2 to 3 sizes bigger
Boohoo will rip you off as they do not have a exchange program so you have to pay for postage again

Pay $15 for “express shipping” which is actually 5 business days? WTH 5 business days is standard shipping time on any other site but you have to pay premium to get normal shipping

Boohoo offers very reasonable prices compared to the rest of the market and the quality of their clothes are quite decent. However, their shoes are of a very low quality and appears to be outsourced, there were branded something else. After wearing them once, I threw them into the charity bin as the quality control was very poor, with one sole being slightly thicker than the other.

Boohoo is by far my favourite online shop to get all my outfits from. They use Vegan leather and many vegan fabrics which is great for the animals and feels amazing while wearing their products.

purchased 4 shirts on sale at $15 each. needed them quickly so prepared to pay $14.99 express post. so total cost $74.99.
got to check out and was offered a "free shipping" code-which I entered. then the garment price was increased by $2.50 each... no free shipping and total cost now $84.99. they refuse to refund the $10 difference!!!

Ordered a few times..
Either clothes are way off in sizing
Or clothes arnt as described or even made properly!!

Express post isnt any faster then normal post so dont waste ur money.
