Don’t care once they have your money
26th November I paid for express for it to arrive by the 5th December as I needed items for the 9th December, Was assured within 8 days it would arrive, tracking said it would be here on 6th. It never came then the status of tracking changed to “we will let you know of updates” I contacted UPS and they said if it hasn’t updated in 48 hours to get boohoo to lodge an investigation to get things moving, boohoo said they had to wait till 20th they said it’s probably lost soooorrrryy ! They refused to follow UPS instructions to help. An arrogant company

Up until 2020 I frequently bought my clothing from Boohoo and always received quality well fitting clothing. Over the last couple of years, everything I order from BooHoo is either poorly made (falls apart after a couple uses, hem not sewn properly) or does not fit. I thought it was my fault and i would order a size up from my usual …. but my last order I purchased the same blouse in three different colours and only ONE blouse fit me (all marked as same size). Are you serious? Then I had to pay $15 to return items. Never purchasing from BooHoo again. Total inconsistency and the only big online retailer that charges for returns. Ridiculous
Scam Black Friday sales
Purchased six items In the Black Friday sales as a gift for someone - have just looked and they are advertised at the same price so the sale was a scam. I know retailers do these tricks but still disappointing to blatantly be made a mug of

The most inconsistent and untrue sizing I've ever experienced. Have raised this issue with them on 2 occasions and still haven't heard back.

I ordered a bunch of items, mostly for a dress up party for my sister's 40th birthday party this weekend. I ordered them nearly a month ago, and was promised through Boohoo Australia that it would be 5-7 days delivery. Turns out it was all shipped from the UK, so what's the point in saying that? I would never have ordered if I knew it would come from overseas. After weeks of waiting, two parcels were assigned to a courier. Sizing is off. I’m a 16 and always have to size up to an 18 or 20. And how can such a large company still charge for shipping and then charge to ship the item back. Honestly with the amount of products you sell surely you could absorbs these costs in your products. If small businesses can have free shipping surely a company like boohoo could aswell!

Do not buy from this company. Cheap fabrics, they don’t understand the hem length of a midi dress, more like a mini. I will be out of pocket $30 for shipping and returning . I cannot believe in Australia a company can trade without a phone number to call and speak to someone. What a disgrace. I’m taking this further I cannot believe they can rob me out $65 and get away with it. We should all ban together and file a class action

Looks like BooHoo changed logistics. My items have sat in clearance for 12 days. Now I am told. Do not worry, it will arrive before the 24th, one month since the original order. I will never EVER purchase anything from them again. The service from both Dai Post and BooHoo is deplorable and all they can say is to wait 24 to 48 hours while I find my hand.

Whilst purchasing etc is fine.. the fact that i have waited 22 days for a parcel and 11 for another where no one can tell me where it is is beyond ridiculous. Dont state 8 working days or keep referring to a templated response. If you ask to much you get no response.

Express Shipping claims are bogus
Don't waste extra money on express shipping! Two orders from BooHoo via Express Shipping have come later than the promised time. Their claims of 4 days for metro areas are bogus, don't spend the extra cash. If the item arrives too late (as it did for me), you then have to pay to return it to them.
Mistakes at every stage, no customer service at all, down $150+
There customer service is non existent and cause of a mistake with my order, I am now out $150+ with no chance of a refund.

I placed an order on October 20th 2022, shipping was fast until it hit Melbourne AUS. It’s been sitting in Melbourne somewhere since October 31st. No moment, no communication.

Brought all size 8 and they are all too big or too small. Picture attached is both size 8 however in my opinion the shorts are more a 4 and the pants a 12.
And to top it off I would have to spend another $15 to return them. I have always have good sizes from boohoo so I’m so disappointed. Deleting the app after I fight the return and refund war!
Disappointing!
Really disappointing, they give the impression they are based in Aus which is not true, they also state delivery will be made in 5-7 days which is also not true. I placed an order on the 3rd and still nothing. No update or anything. Sadly my order was for a charity dinner event which is now too late so will be returning all items when they eventually turn up and deleting their app.
Took double estimated shipping time
I bought four items, two which I really needed for a Halloween costume. I ordered my items on October 18, and was told in email that it would take up to 8 business days, give or take a day - fair enough. I needed my order before October 29, so that's roughly 2-3 days leeway. I get an email on October 20 that it's on it's way and see that it's arrived in Australia... only to not get it until October 31. I can understand a few days but 11 whole days after the fact?? I saw there were asterisks after the "8 days" but there's no attached disclaimer

I paid extra for express shipping to come within 4 days as I needed it for a party. It came 8 days later and when I tried to email boohoo to sort it out they never replied. Terrible customer service and the quality of the products wasn’t even good. Now I can’t even return the items unless I want to pay an extra $15 to ship it back to them. Not worth ordering from them ever again.
Postage is slow and customer service is pathetic
Ordered an item back on 24/09. Made contact with customer service on multiple occasions when the item didn’t arrive and was told repeatedly to just keep waiting. I was then told if the item didn’t arrive by 4/11 I would be refunded. Of course BooHoo went back on this and told me to wait longer. Terrible customer service - would rather make excuses as opposed to actually fixing the problem. Would never buy from them again. How can you justify an item taking over 7 weeks to arrive, especially when your postage item is listed as 8 business days. Luckily I paid with PayPal who ruled in my favour when I started a dispute. Unfortunately that’s the only way to get your money back it seems.

Ordered options for a formal. All dresses were returned as the fabric quality and cut was disgusting. They charged me a postage fee to return the items, then took more money out of my refund before it took over a month for the credit to hit my account. Appalling. No phone number to talk to anyone, just a virtual assistant. Rubbish products and customer service. Don’t even bother.

My son ordered t shirts and went by the size recommended by Boohoo. They're ridiculously large and the fabric is cheap rubbish that will stretch on the first wash. Trying to return the unwanted items is a nightmare. I will never use Boohoo ever again.

Unfortunately, I spent $300 with Boohoo, only to find most of the items were of such poor quality they needed to be returned. The only option to return was to pay them using a credit card, which is not what their Returns Policy stated. It said I could pay at Aus Post. When I asked to get a label I could pay for at Aus Post, I was asked to use a relative's credit card instead! Getting a straight answer out of one single person there has been impossible. Dragged out a delivery process multiple times, exhausted every one of them without result. When I had them in a corner 33 days after delivery should have been made they falsified tracking records. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Had to file a financial dispute with the bank to get my refund.
Unsatisfied Customer
Terrible quality clothing and be careful ordering clothing. Asked for assistance with another option for refunding items, as unable to log in after ordering. Been told I had to log in or click link to do a refund, but wasn't able to do this and had emailed nunberous of times. Had no option to send item back as no postal address and was told had to oog it online. Now die date passed and get told with reply to my email days later time frame lapsed.

Obnoxious return fee
I bought a top and trousers from them for which I paid $15 shipping fee. The top was small for me and I can’t imagine wearing it. To return I have to pay $15 fee so that I can get a refund of $27.50.
It’s a total rip off! I emailed the team asking them to consider waiving it off and after beating around the bush for 3 days they came back saying they can’t! It’s terrible. I will never buy from them again!

Horrendous service and quality
I bought 4 items with their 50% off sale, then noticed at the top of the pages a discount code for shipping. Great right?! Well apparently that shipping discount code changed it to 40% off, so I was charged an extra $17. To which I emailed and was told that basically it was my fault and there's nothing they can do. Anyway, one item was no longer available, one was OKAY quality, but the other two were awful.. Disappointed
I used to buy from boohoo often, the quality wasn't always amazing, but I didn't buy from them for years, recently did a couple of new orders and the quality seems worse than in the past. Like cheap Halloween costume materials.
I also had to pay to return two jumpsuits that were awful, I swear nobody would be able to wear them, they're made for someone with 1.5m long legs, a non existent mid section, a really long crotch, and giant boobs that hold themselves up.
I think I'll go back to avoiding them. It's not worth the risk when you have to pay to return them.

I ordered something one month before the event I needed the dress for, checked the shipping info, states 8 business days. So one month later, my parcel finally arrived. They use a dodgy shipping company that thought they’d hang onto it for 20 days after it arrived into the country and then deliver it, even though it arrived in a city that’s 1.5 hours from me.
Aside from this…. The dress…. It fits but every time you take a step the split opens right up - so if you’re happy with everyone seeing what you had for brekky with every step, I suppose

Too many after purchase issues.
When the clothes are good, theyre great, however I have a few issues with this company. Their sizes are incosistent, despite the customer service rep assuring me "our size guide is converted accordingly to match your size". Whatever that means. Amongst a large order I placed, I ordered 2 large overshirts. One was a little bit large, which is what I wanted and the other one of the same size, couldn't even button up. This becomes a problem when it costs you $15 to return them and then another $15 shipping to get the new size back. You essentially end up paying $30 to "exchange" the item for a size that fits. Unable to return anything as I received NO printed or email receipt, and got NO response my email. The clothes themselves were good and arrived in good time but I’m stuck with several items my son wasn’t keen on - NOT HAPPY :(

I ordered clothes to go for my friend’s birthday. I can not track the items for the whole period. The items never arrive and I got refunded but only the money for the clothes not the shipping. It is not my fault and why do I got charged for the shipping??????

I have ordered from Boohoo previously with no problem but last week I paid express to have items arrived in time for my birthday. I then found out the 2 things I ordered have been shipped from the UK instead. Why can't each item say if it's in Aus or overseas! What a waste of money paying express. They should tell you "oh there's no point paying for this shipping option because it's not even in the country!"
Awful customer service
They sent me the wrong item that I didn’t order and the only way I could try to contact them was through their chatbot on their website. The person I was talking to instantly said the item is marked as shipped so they will not give me anything. I told them it was not my fault they shipped the wrong item, sent them a photo of the wrong item and they just emailed me a shipping label and as soon as they receive it they will refund me.
