A great oven but i'd expected it to last longer - Extend your warranty
What do i own currently in the kitchen? NEFF induction, NEFF steam, NEFF combi-oven and an a standard AEG multipurpose oven. I were in pursuit of a new microwave wall oven after building a new house to replace my well weathered freestanding Sharp microwave of almost 9years. couldn't fault this for features and looks. Now... 3 years old (note: in operation for only 2 1/2yrs) and just last week while using the microwave only, smoke started coming from the top of the oven and then it shut down. No it wasn't the food unfortunately but i only wish. The convection oven and grill still work fine but I simply don't trust using it in case of a fire. The only other issue since it was installed was every now and again the 1000w selection on the display just doesn't respond. I simply couldn't replicate the fault consistently enough to report it. I contacted E&S Trading and they couldn't help me as it only has a 2 year warranty. I'd would have expected a microwave oven worth over $3200 rrp to last longer than my $275 purchase and this simply hasn't lasted its reasonable life. Disappointing purchase :-(

Good - BUT, Circular display cracking
I bought this oven in April 2017 and have only used it minimally over that time to supplement our other Bosch oven. The microwave feature is great and as it's dual use it is is extremely versatile.
I have a problem with the display window however, from about 6-8 months ago the round clear display started to crack, hardly noticeable at first then over the following months it has gradually reached the stage it is at present - I'm concerned it will spread across the entire face.
Looks terrible and I'm at a loss what is causing it - the main oven we have is the same series Bosch oven with exactly the same display and it's fine.

perfect!
This microwave oven is the best! it is best of both worlds and stacks so nicely on top of the Bosch oven when putting together. i love that you can use it as a warmer or oven or microwave, it has so much more settings than your everyday microwave and does a nicer defrost without cooking something on the outside and freezing in the middle!

I am considering purchasing this combination microwave/oven. My concern is whether it will function as well as my existing Microwave for such things as defrosting slices of bread in 30sec, and whether it has a sensor to cook fresh vegetables. my current microwave is 1000w whereas this microwave appears to only be 600w. Does that mean things will take longer to Cook in this Microwave than my current Microwave? Thank you

I feel it does take a little bit longer but not signifintly longer and things come out defrosted ir cooked more consistant than a microwave where you are constantly moving things around. I definatly love my bosch more than my microwave and i had a 1000w aswell!
And yes it has specialised settings for vegetables, and defrosting different foods so its always on the right setting!
