The unit keeps doing a noise after using hot water. Before it used to stop after few minutes but recently it keeps doing this noise without stopping I had to turned off the power.

Hi Bibi, thanks for your question and we're so sorry to hear about your issue. The noise that you're referring to is the sound of the water valve resetting itself and the fan running to release gases through the flue. This operation is normal. However, if the noise is constantly going without stopping, it sounds like there could be a fault within the unit.
