After the first year the stitching tore at the seams. Stuffing compacted so bad After the second year needed cushions to stop me falling between seat and backrest. Extremely Unsatisfied

When we bought it we were skeptical due to the size and had read a few bad reviews, but it is so comfortable and coming home after a long day its honestly perfect. We have not had any issues with this couch no wear and tear and nothing wrong with the chase. Any questions I had Harvey Norman were happy to help.

The couch is really cheaply made and it gave me nothing but trouble. The wood at the back snapped when i reclined the chair, the lever dug into the side of the couch, ripping the fabric. I would advice anyone to not buy this as you are wasting your money.

Sat on a brown bourbon fabric sofa in shop,when l questioned it, was told it only came in Slate, take a pic. I asked for a picture of sofa. It comes in 3 colour Brown, Slate & Sultana

Owned lounge for 3 years and wood in recliner seat has snapped thought I was buying quality! Had USB in the console but cord had been cut off and no one ever came to fix it

The previous post not allowed but that's ok because it's 1 year older now... It has sunk in all seats!.
Will not last more years

The most comfortable couch we have owned. We have owned, and used this lounge daily, for approx 6yrs. The chaise did not appear to sit in line with rest of couch initially. Harvey Norman adjusted it. Nil issues since. The only person who has been uncomfortable is my father, but he has chronic back pain, thus not necessarily the couch. Nil issue of material separation or cushions/foam sinking. We are very happy with our lounge.

While these modular sets look good and come in a wide range of materials and colours, they are the most horrible chairs to sit in. Within a week you will want your money back. Lounge chairs are for lounging in. With this you will never be comfortable. The price is outrageous for this very cheaply made rubbish. They seem to be everywhere and are usually the first that a salesperson will direct you to. Do Not Purchase this waste of money and your time.

I have complained about this product three times in the past each time the store manager has been very helpful. I have had the cushions mended before and this time I decided to to it myself. When I took the cover off I was horrified by the terrible workmanship. The material is a linen type and therefore frays but the manufacturer has not even overlocked the edges. They have only a single stitch of sewing. The workmanship of an Australian product is cheap and shoddy. I should not have to be mending this myself on a relatively new lounge.

Love this couch. We’ve owned it three years now. Did have one minor problem of stitching on chaise coming apart in one area but Harvey Norman took care of it straight away including pickup and delivery from a rural area. It’s easy to keep clean. It’s super comfortable (I sleep on it A LOT!) very happy with this couch. No other faults. I was dubious on buying a cloth couch but I’m glad I did. This one is great. (We had it scotch guarded also)

Less that 16 months old and the fabric shows signs of wear and foam is collapsing in one of the recliners. I had to have the chaise replaced when it arrived as the back had collapsed. Under investigation at present as warranty has expired but talking with company. Probably would look at a different lounge suite if tempted.

After seeing the negative comments I felt compelled to add a review for what IMHO is the best & most comfortable lounge ever.
We bought this lounge 3 or 4 years ago after not even being in the market for a new lounge but saw it in store and sat on it and absolutely fell in love with it (the 2 tone brown version). It is so comfortable, even to this day, we've not suffered any wearing issues and we even let our whippet sleep on it. Everyone comments on how nice it is and the chaise is like a bed + you have 2 extra recliners + a drink and storage area. Love relaxing in it after a hard day at work or in the garden.

We have had our lounge less than 3 months, and already the chase had to be replaced due to a nasty noise when you sat on it and in reclined position, now I've noticed the padding in the other two recliners has all caved in.

brought the bourbon corner lounge dec 14 the seats now sink esp the corner one fixed this week worse than ever only been back two days terrible suite. Hopefully harvey Norman replace seats or we want our money back sick o f been stuffed around

Bought this lounge a few months ago and its great. Very comfortable. Only issue is that the spaces between each chair is a great hiding space for phones, remotes, papers etc lol so need to be wary of item placement. And the cup holders aren't removable for cleaning which I discovered when my 4 year old spilt a bottle of lemonade in there but other wise I do recommend it, just make sure you pay to get it scotch guarded

Brought the bourbon corner suite from Harvey norman in august 2014 .the worst lounge ever .have already had to have the stitching on chaise redone .the back of recliner does not sit up properly .and the corner part has sunk .not happy .

We bought a lounge which hopefully will suit our needs when we bought The Boubon modular lounge on sale through the Fountain Gate branch. We originally looked at the modular at the Dandenong Sth branch.
There was no movement on the price but free delivery and wasnt able to order an extra chair.
At Fountain Gate we save $300 & was able to order another chair.
