Fantastic service
Personal attentive service from staff at the Garden City store. Couldn't have been more helpful and suggested sizing and style without being pushy. Absolutely recommend!

Great Online Store - Buy From There All The Time
Reasonably expensive products but high quality and very cute. You pay for what you get. Great delivery time when I purchase online (always receive within a week, even during busy periods. I live in Australia). Would recommend.

Great Customer Service at Knox city!! Went in there with my best friend and we were treated great!! She bought 5 new bras and adorable undies!! I, on the other hand, walked away empty handed.

Better service at a thrift shop
I went into our local store shopping world Tamworth, on Sunday 19th October the service was absolute appalling by the looks of it the girl did not want to be there at all and could hardly wait to close the store if I was her boss I would of sacked her on the spot

Don't bother
Never been one to shop at Bras N Things but had renewed interest after they came out with an extended size range which offered small back, large cup sizes. Unfortunately they've now stopped selling these and gone back to the same old, overpriced, cheap looking merchandise. The extended sizes were very poor quality (I even had an underwire pop out while I was trying a bra on), but it was a start.
I'm just starting up a lingerie business, but I feel that this is no influence on my review. The reason I am starting up a lingerie business is bec...Read more
ause I am so frustrated by stores like Bras N Things who carry a sub standard array of sizes, and indeed have no idea how a bra should fit. We have all heard of the "perfect fit" - band sitting snug and positioned parallel to the floor (it should not ride up!), your breasts should be completely encased and not falling out when you move! YES bras that achieve this desired fit actually exist. The most common thing I find is women wearing a bra that is too small in the cup and too large in the band. If you measure your rib cage and it's around 30 inches, you may need to wear an 8 band. If your rib cage measures 28 inches or under, you may need a 6 band. It's unlikely that you'll get away with a larger band if your breasts are heavier or larger in proportion to your size, but you won't find any of these sizes in sight at Bras N Things. They gave up on showing women proper fit. Cheap looking, expensive for the quality, size range should be better for such a large chainSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Newest bras n things fan :)
Last weekend I went out on a mission to find myself some lingerie that made me feel confident in my own skin... I went to all the usual department stores and walked out feeling about as unsexy as possible. Thank god I decided to go to Bras n things Cranbourne... The lady working there was lovely... Helpful but not overbearing. I always thought bnt only stocked smaller bras but I was soooooo wrapped to pick up 2 gorgeous sets in my size, 16E. I was sooo happy that I ordered another 2 sets online that night when I got home... And I'm still scouring the website for my next purchase... bring on pay day :-) thanks bras n things.

Nice bras, expensive though.
These reviews are saying that the staff are horrible but I don't think I've had that experience. The last time I went there the girl who served me was very nice. I do however, find it kind of annoying, when I want to go bra shopping in peace, and get asked at least four or five times if I need a hand. I know it's polite and good customer service to ask once or so, but asking me five times makes me uncomfortable. It's an intimate shop so I like to shop in privacy, or maybe I'm just weird like that. But the stores I've been into around Perth, the...Read more
y have always offered help. The bras are nice too, just a bit too expensive, but in my opinion they are of a good quality. Nice bras, usually friendly staff Expensive, getting asked if I need help constantlySimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Great service!
I've shopped at a few bnt stores, and I've found that I love the service! The sale assistants were very interested in what I had to say and in my needs. They acted extremely professional and the fitting service was impeccable! They took as long as it took to find the perfect bra for myself and were sensitive to body image issues.
I would 110% recommend bras n things for your needs, the stores are excellent!

Poor Quality Bras
I have no problem paying top dollar for a good quality, well made bra.
However these bras are expensive, I'll fitting and poorly made.
I got fitted here and bought a $60 bra.
By the first wear it was rubbing and uncomfortable.
2 weeks later the underwire came out.
Not acceptable for a $60 bra.
I now shop at Brava. The fitters spend as long as it take to find the perfect fit and the bras last forever. And they only cost $10-$20 more

Customer service
I approached a staff member to assist my daughter to purchase a bra. The staff member was totally disinterested in helping us and when I mentioned my daughter was very self conscious about a discrepancy in cup size she told me all girls have this. I asked her if a particular bra was popular and she told me not as much as 'fashion bras' I asked to look at them as she said they were everywhere, it's at bra shop! I couldn't understand her lack of understanding. We both felt uncomfortable and would never wish this kind of service on anyone else!

Great for bras
I've shopped in a number of different stores and overall I have found the service great. They give good fittings. The bras are reasonably priced and they often have good sales and discounts. The stores are conveniently located including in regional areas. I like these stores so much I've given vouchers here as gifts.
Customer service, value for money, bras.
The merchandise is not the highest quality but good value for money.

Go to Kmart
I have only ever bought things like nighties and bras from this store. I have found their customer device to be very average in both Northlakes, chermside and Morayfield stores. Sales staff disinterested, busy chatting to each other or saying hi and then finding something else to do. I would not be game to get fitted in one of these stores as I don't trust they'd know what their doing!

Got the runs
On the day of my Brother in laws wedding I bought stay-up backseam stockings, at an exsorbident price too I might add. On putting them on I dicovered a lader in the toe. Within 10min it had run. Up the backseam too. Within 1 hour the marathon had started. My legs might well have looked like 2 JUNKIES they had so many tracks! Theses things were running for Australia. As I live in Kuranda FNQ, The possibility of return was not an option! Never Buy Stockings from BRA'S 'N' THINGS, go the 6 pack from kmart. At least then when the race begins you dont feel So Ripped Off!
They were the style I wanted, and accross from the Hairdresser on the wedding day.
Came laddered, then exploded, metaphorically speaking

Just when you thought you had a place to go
I use to be a happy customer of BnT until they brought their own brands in :( I am sure if you are an A to a C cup (which i am not )you may find a suitable bra for you at BnT.But when it comes to actually providing support and value for money they fail. I tried on what I guess was supposed to be a replica of a lacy Lovable bra and all I can say is the fit was awfull even tho I selected the size they recommended . I could tell the poor shop assistant was trying to scramble for an alternative but I left the store frustrated and empty handed . My ...Read more
advice to BnT ... Dont be greedy, Leave the Bra manufacturing to the professionals and i dont mean the seamstress . I am sure all the top name brands work tirelessly on their patterns and that provides consumers with a product they are happy to pay for.Until then I will be shopping else where Bad FitSimilar opinion? Questions & Answers
Beckah S.asked
I recently bought 2 bras at $79 each. The girl fitted me and insisted she'd told me the right cup size, despite them being 3 cup sizes higher than I'd ever used. Now, everytime i wear them, I'm annoyed because they're clearly way too big. I can fit over a fist and a half into the cup as well... So they're not supportive at all. Do I have any right to return these, over a month or so later?

I recently had a clean out and found 2 purchases I made 2yrs ago. Items have never been worn and still have the tags attatched. I do not have the receipt but I have my bank transactions that show the purchase. Am I able to get a refund if I take it into my local store?
