LOVE Bras n Things! I have already made at least one online order a month this year.. my only criticism is the sizing... I wish they had a bigger variety of small sizes, such as bodysuits and knickers in a 6 or a larger range of bras with an 8 back for us slender girls.

I would just like to compliment Jo, the wonderful lady who helped me this afternoon choose the perfect Bra and underwear for a specific outfit. It was my first experience at shopping in the store and I was blown away by how helpful and insightful she was to my needs. Without ever being pushy she suggested exactly what would work for me and why! I went to bras and things to purchase a sports bra and their ENTIRE range consisted of 2 dark coloured sports bras. Terrible range! If you want colourful push up bras head in. If you need something practical - head in the opposite direction!

I've had an overall good experience in bras and things just not the ocean keys store. Today I went in the store to buy a bra I asked the girl working there if they had a particular bra in 10A. They asked who it was for? I said myself they proceeded to argue with me telling me I'm not an A cup. Despite already being properly fitted as an A cup I had to go through that whole uncomfortable process again just to prove to her I am in fact an A cup! Super unprofessional ! I just wanted to purchase a bra not be scrutinised.

For many years I've always purchased cheap bras because why spend so much money on something that isn't going to be seen to often anyway, till the day I got a gift voucher for bras and things
Although on the more costly side of the spectrum I can say that the quality of 1 bra from here beats the quality of all my other cheap ones put together, it is worth the extra spend

The staff are always so kind and help you pick bras that will best suit your bust and don't make you feel uncomfortable at all

Their sizes run almost an entire bust size small. So if you're an 8, you're actually a 10 here. And if you're a 12, you're actually a 14 here. You can be a 12C absolutely everywhere else but you'll need a 14b/c here. And here's a fun part, unless you're looking for an 'everyday basic' bra, THEY DON'T STOCK 14s. In their Plus Size range they do, but only in DD+. So if you're a size 14+ (or a size 12+, according to BnT) with a cup A, B, C or D, you don't get pretty sexy underwear. Only bland and basic everyday bras. So what I've taken from BnT is, if you're a size 12 or larger, you're 'plus size', and if you're a size 12 or larger and your boobs aren't a DD or larger, you don't deserve pretty lingerie. Nice to know.

Ordered my items at the beginning of the month, and the order is still being processed. Left an email asking about my order delay acknowledging that it is a sale period (48 hr delay) and ask how much more of a delay there would be. The response I received did not provide me with any information other that what I had already stated- the estimated delivery times.

Fantastic staff; great customer service at Highpoint store. They really took care of me and suggested items I would never have thought to try on. I purchased some really lovely pieces and I'm very happy with the entire experience. The staff really understand customer experience rather than it just being about service. Other retail stores I've been into lately should use BNT as an example for their staff to understand this concept. I will recommend people to shop here.

Today I had an hour to kill while my daughter did her shopping, so I decided to bite the bullet and have a bra fitting at BNT. The girls were fantastic and really knew their job. Turns out I have been fitting myself too wide in the band and too small in the cups - a common mistake, apparently. But it's not just about size, it's also about style. Turns out also that even though I'm smallish, my shape needs full coverage bras. Who knew? Well, these girls did! I took home two bras that are pretty and feminine, soft and natural, yet supportive and figure-enhancing. Love!

After having avoided BNT after some bad experiences at BNT Doncaster I unavoidably walked into BNT Chernside Park and met Mia. Amazing, thoughtful, nothing to hard. U don't get customer service like this anywhere anymore. Mia helped me problem solve an immediate need, ordered in a bra for pick up. As a bigger lady I felt completely comfortable and confident with her advice and fitting. I will travel to Chirnside Park from Doncaster for all my future needs. Thank u Mia!!!

I purchased 2 different pairs of beautiful pyjamas and they shrunk just from washing and the material didn't fair well balling up and now the shapes and fit are all wrong! Save your $120 and go to Kmart for the same cheap quality purchase. Not worth $10.

From 12-18 years I only ever bought my bras from bras n things, underwear if it was on sale and the odd Pj set. I still have items I bought three years ago in fantastic condition and others were thrown out in three months (due to the nature of the items I did not attempt to return them). Service was also one extreme or the other; either none until I was at the counter ready to pay or every sales assistant was asking if they could measure me and sticking their hands in the change room. Considering you can easily spend $60 on a bra at bras n things compared to $20 at cotton on body I expected consistency.

As a guy, found Lil very helpful and attentive, removing any embarrassment that I felt and made me quite welcome. She was most professional in approach and made some excellent suggestions on my purchase options. Prices most reasonable and the service exceptional. Guys, if you a looking for something special for your lady and need some help, go see Lil...you will not be disappointed.
