I can only assume that because it is used on animals the regulations are not as strict. My advice, don’t ever use this product.

I just put this entire thing together in my mind. My dog has lost 20 lbs, he looks so sad, and depressed -streaks of blood in his stool. Diarrhea He barely even moves. I just clicked with the timeline and my dogs vet appointment is tomorrow. Is there anything the vet is going to be able to do for me or is that a waste of money and time? Is the vet going to believe me when I tell them what is going on,and is there anything They can help me with detox wise at all??? Thanks in advance! I’m so glad we aren’t Alone!

I’m so so sorry I pray your boy can be saved but when the seizures started it was too painful he was lost and so confused for my sweet Benjamin I let him go to the light where he would not suffer anymore but it makes me so mad to see this product on the market when it kills fogs

I'm assuming usually within 24-48 hours. Some don't show any symptoms even after several doses and some do right away. Both my dogs reacted badly to it, one (who reacted more severely) within about six hours and the other the morning after. I know a lot who use this product on their dogs and they didn't see any side effects.

Our two year old dog has had Bravecto every three months since he was a puppy. No problems at all .. and no ticks or fleas.

How long do the side effects last??

I am so glad that your dogs are okay but for some and quite a lot this is not so

That's how it was for my Molly. Used it before and no reaction I could see. The last dose I gave is the last I will ever use ever! Molly is not herself and it's not good. I'm still doing the liver detox which I think is saving her life. No more poison on her or in her. I will be using only natural flea control from now on. Bravecto really messed my Molly up. Don't use poison on your babies.

Its a killer ....I dont know but it did in my bassett hound ... the vet (Who recomended the bracato ) dismissed her symtoms shaking, unable to walk, black stools, thergy as something else ....... it only started when we gave her the bravacto and we ended up putting her down .... if only we knew

I’m glad it was the npmost horrid thing I have been through and loosing my Benjamin was the worst .Do not risk it there are safer methods All my other dogs just wore a f and tick collar and never had a problem like this this injectable treatments for fleas and ticks is no5 safe

I’m sorry for your loss disgruntled but we are not alone .There is a petition you can sign on care petitions in relation to Bravecto Zplease do the more signatures the better

To disgruntled how can one dismiss these symptoms My dog walked up the road in an actual daze not knowing where he was and then the seizures started and finally it was kinder to send Benji to heaven than watching him suffer anymore.

I'm pretty sure the active ingredient for fleas just interrupts their breeding cycle, so if your dog gets fleas, then they can't breed, and multiply. Fleas have a pretty short life cycle, but breed fast, so the ones you see could be at the end of their life. You shouldn't get any further fleas, but you should check that where you are there isn't a nest of them nearby. But that being said, I wouldn't give my dogs Bravecto at all - as shown by my review. Unless you have to worry about ticks, I wouldn't be giving Bravecto - there are other safer flea treatments on the market.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me. What flea medicine do you use? At home in Canada, fleas have never been a problem but here in Florida, they are a huge problem.

What were the birth defects?

Cleft pallet, hemmoriods, and testicles to far forward
I had planned on this being last litter but will no longer be using bravecto and having 1 more litter. If no defects you better believe I will find right attorney and file class action suit

I haven't but after using bravecto my dog had extremely high levels of toxins in his blood stream and died of liver failure at only 6. I have read reports of this happening. Make sure you report this too- try to stop it happening to someone else's dogs. Before you have another litter I would suggest having a blood test done on your dog to check it is fully out of her system.

Thanks for reply. There is just something in my gut that tells me the brave to is the source of my problems. Seems sad to me to see so many reports of problems with this product and no one listening. Reported to manufacturer. Please note in defects I meant to say hernias not hemoroids

We have just had a Samoyed deliver 4 out of 5 puppies severely deformed. She was dosed regularly with BRAVECTO. This was a Champion female using imported frozen semen, so the financial loss has been enormous. Now I have discovered MERCK's own clinical study were 20% of females dosed with BRAVECTO had deformed puppies. ie 10 females in treatment group, 2 produced 7 deformed puppies. This is unacceptable.

I took the vets word for this poisonous Bravecto and now my 11yr pls make Maltese who is already dealing with heart disease and this vet knew this as well and now my lil precious life is not feeling well and has been acting better til I have him Bravecto....did u go to an attorney???

Oh my god, you need to go to vet... thats way too much for a small dog. I would highly recommend calling a holistic vet and detoxing your dog immediately before it does fatal damage! They detox with milk thistle.. or go to Facebook site Does Bravecto Kill Dogs.... Join and post about giving your dog 3 pills, they will guide you to pinned posts that will tell you how to detox your dog, and they will help you. Please act quickly, thats way too much poison in his little body :(

This can't be a real question. No vet would say to give all three at once.

There is only one dose per box of Bravecto - not 3.

Don't do it. My dog has Bravecto two weeks ago and is sick....vomiting and diarrhea, shaking and drooling. She won't eat and just lies around all day. I'm worried sick. Just don't do it. I will never use this product again! Never, never, never!!!

Don't do it! My Labrador is really suffering from 1 dose!
