A worthwhile purchase.
I purchased this from The Good Guys at a very reasonable price. It is advertised as a 1200w microwave but it is actually 1100w. It replaces a benchtop oven and a microwave oven which took up too much space. It has easy to understand controls and looks great in black and chrome. It grills as well as the advertised functions and so it is a very useful oven. It is easy to keep clean if you do it regularly. The microwave has 10 power levels which I assume go down in 10% increments but there is no information to confirm that. I have used the air fryer to cook chicken and fish, the microwave to cook tv dinners and the food menu to cook frozen pizza. All have turned out perfectly. Overall, a very nice product.

I’ve had this combi micro air fryer a few months now and have used all its functions. It has replaced my basic microwave and air fryer. Things I love:
Preset buttons for melting butter and popcorn
Less bench space taken up.
Cooks, defrosts, air fry’ perfect every time.
E.g - whole chicken - so juicy, kids nuggets and chips - so crispy, fish and veg, baked potatoes and pork chops - delish!!
So easy to use and clean.
Things I love least:
Have to wait 3 mins for it to heat up. Just means I get that on before I start prepping food.

Worst ever Microwave brand purchased ever
Bought the Microwave from JBHI two years ago. Since the purchase, I always had issues with it. The food was undercooked. The attachment tray leg melted even when used as per instructions. The oven stopped functioning occasionally.
For the past week, sparks have flashed inside the microwave when I tried to use it, and the oven completely stopped working.

I have had Sharp conversion/microwaves for many years. I liked the look of the Breville and interested in the airfryer.

Choose something else
I thought what a great idea to replace my airfyer with a Combi oven, yes in concept NO in reality. Air fryer is slow, much slower than my old Kmart model. The interior is incredibly difficult to keep clean, the grill function takes forever, microwave function is great. Ok now here’s the real kicker, mine blew up not once but 3 times. I took it back to Harvey Norman and they were great ! Just swapped it over each time, but after round 3 I thought enough and returned it . It’s a big fat NO for me

biggest mistake buying it
We exchanged the first one and now on no 2 after 2 days the fan rattles, notified Breville rep, 3 days & no reply, maybe getting money back would be the right way to go. as they say "NOT HAPPY JAN"

Does not perform well
This product should air fry but after half an hour items still not cooked. It is so hard to clean the inside as very poor quality

Promises a lot, fails all around
Purchased this in Feb 2021. Microwave works well. Struggled with things being undercooked on the inside, yet burned on the outside, with both oven and air fryer. Thought it was me, as I've never had an air fryer before. Persevered as to lazy to take it back to the store. Then the leg melted on the air fryer tray. Then the soft close door stopped closing. Then the glass turntable broke in half one night when doing jacket potatoes. And a week later, the air fryer pan actually caught fire during the heating up. Waiting for(hopefully) a refund, as I purchased the extra 5 year warranty from good guys. I do not want another/repaired one!

the worst breville item i have ever purchased
the tray leg fall off within a month...the micro wave appears to to have blown up ..will need to have it repaired or replaced, it is less than 18months old and hardly used...

Not happy- Very disappointed!!
Crisper pan legs melted after very little use and unit is only a few months old
Very disappointed in this product...especially due to the high cost of the unit..hopefully Breville can provide good customer service and resolve the issue and replace the unit.
Update 16feb2022...
Contacted Good guys at Tingalpa and they refunded the unit..I bought another brand.

Absolute Garbage
I have had this unit for 2 weeks and already gone through 2 Combi Crispi pans as I tried using them in the oven and the leg melted both times leaving the unit to really not work as it is suppose to. Smoke came both times and in calling Breville, they did nothing for an entire hour and finally at the end of it offered me 25% off a new pan. I mean are you Flipping kidding me. Returning it and buying something that will actually work.

not so happy now
we looked at replacing our lg soladom which was getting noisy after 13 years and went for the breville combi wave 3 in 1, but have found the microwave function low in power and now our pan crisper is starting to melt.

It all fits
A nice compact microwave that does it all. Came to this 32lt from a 42lt Panasonic Combi 1000w which served well for years but as all microwaves do it lost power and started making its own timing decisions. This little Breville does everything the monster Panasonic did with a smaller footprint, My big oval Pyrex roasting dish was the only item that didn't fit but a round replacement went well. The air fryer which some complain about ... hey it doesn't taste like plastic guys, just takes a wee longer than the Aldi special without adding devices
... Read more or power cords to the benchtop. The cooking ...easy, fast on combi setting, excellent results, doing way more combi's by nature now by comparison to the good old BIG Panasonic which did have that feature but I was less inclined to use it.
Poor performance
Space saving but microwave is not powerful, air flyer cannot perform like individual air flyer, oven is slow and not powerful enough to cook food, grill is just enough to cook food and not even have grill appearance on the surface. Recommended to buy individual, mini oven, microwave and air flyer separate.

My Breville 3 in 1 just stopped working. I've had only 15 months and seems beyond poor if it is broken. I called and it only has a year warranty. Super disappointed as I spent $500+ to only get 15 months use out of it. Any trouble shooting suggestions? I have tried plugging into another outlet to no avail.
