The policy is good value and just what I was after, I havent made a claim and hopefully dont have to make a claim, but I'm sure they will be very helpful if I do

I required roadside assistance since being with budget direct, and everything went as perfect as it could be. Over the phone customer service was wonderful as well as in person

Company promised to send through the gift card after holding the policy for 60 days but it's been almost 4 months still nothing. Staff just kept making different excuses. This is a scam and we will report it

Quick and easy insurance, everything was set up and approved that day. Good premium price and excellent customer service. I wish they would send hard copies of your insurance documents.
